"Underage Smokers"

Nowaday, many childer in around 12-15 years old have already been a smokers, and even
started from the elementary school, students are addicted by cigarettes smoke. For myself, it is a
ironic problem in our country.

“Out of 321 smokers aged between 18 and 21 years who started smoking in their teens,
63 per cent first lit up between the ages of 15 and 17. But what may give people pause
is that one-third of those surveyed started between 12 and 14 years of age, while 4
per cent took their first puff when they were even younger.” Reported by

Although, as a smoker too, I declare that I'm disagree with this condition. I think,
cigarette's dangerous are spying to destroy our young generation's future. The children who has
been addicted can do everyway to fill their desire about smoking, which is can't be controlled
yet.
They are still depending their life to their parent's money. Parents are responsible to fill
their child's necessities. But in fact, sometimes, money that given by parents to their parent, used
to buy cigarettes by the child and set aside their priorities.

Cigarette's smoke is very dangerous for their--for all people too--healthy, especially their
breath organ which can have many problems. And the problems is a risk that can disturb the
future regeneration. Actually, for me, their money wasting are not the only one problem here.
But, their life as well is in danger.

Sometimes, I used to give them an advice whenever I met with a child who want to buy
cigarettes. Because, the shopkeeper are seldom to filter the cigarette's buyer. They're just selling
their product without considering who is the buyer?; for what is that product? That is the one of
my most hated thing about our economic system.

As a smoker too, I'm realize that smoking causes many problems for my self. But, I used
to keep try to stop this, even though it's so hard.

I think, underage smoker isn't proper to exist. Violate the social norm here and cause
stagnancy for this generation. For my self, I wish that underage smokers can get education and
good advices especially from their first school; family. Parents are taking a big responsibility to
build their child character. Parents are have to protect their child away from bad things that have
a bad risk as well.

Then, surrounding's role. A child is a weak-mental human that can't select which good
and which bad yet. Just a little bit of persuading, a child easily been persuaded with doesn'r know
about the risk. So, surrounding friends are vital for a child.

I think that's all abouy my opinion about underage smokers. I'm refuse it, because it's a wrong
society for children who take a burden to take this country to the better conditions. I hope,
underage smokers can be decreased even though it will be slowly. This is for children's goodness
too.
