The students demonstrate understanding on the differences between plant cell and
animal cell.
Performance Standard:
Make a chart, poster or multimedia presentation that distinguish the similarities and
differences of plant and animal cell in terms of functions and structure.

Task: Make a poster of plant and animal cells.

1. Explain the function of plant and animal cells.
2. Distinguish the similarities and differences of plant and animal cell.
3. Create and present a poster that shows the present and absent organelles in each cell.
