1. INTRODUCTION & WORKING PRINCIPLES

• 48 trays of size 32” x 16” x 11/4” loaded on a trolley. All air contact parts like internal walls,
recirculation fan, shaft, safety grid, steam radiator, etc. of S.S.304 Construction.

• GMP model with all external, visible and non contact parts like outside wall, drive stand,
drive cover, hinges, handles, bottom supports, control panel enclosure, etc in S.S.304.
Outside wall 2.5 thick S.S.304. Inside wall 1.5 thick S.S.304.

• LRB insulation 75 mm thick. Door gasket food grade silicone rubber. Recirculation blower
driven by 2 HP / 1440 RPM/TEFC/ Crompton motor, to be installed on service floor
interconnected by insulated ducting. Exhaust with adjustable damper. Air preparation unit
with 18 KW heaters and 3-micron filter to be installed on service floor. 300 x 300 Aluminum
explosion flap on the rear wall. Control Panel in S.S. 304 enclosure with digital temperature
indicator cum controller, D.O.L. starter for blower, indicator, isolator etc. Non-sparking door
locks.

• All internal surfaces mirror polished.

• All external surfaces matt finished.

• a. S.S. 304 Trolley suitable for 48 trays of size 32”x 16”x1¼” in fully welded joints.,
made from 3mm thick angles and 2mm thick square pipes.

• S.S.316Trays of size 32”x16”x1¼” made from 18swg sheet with rounded edges and corners.
Top end reinforced with bidding

• 200 I.D S.S. 304 ducting with 2mm thick LRB insulation and 16 swg fully welded cladding.

2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR UNPACKING AND CHECKING

1) Unpack the case and crate carefully under the supervision of a responsible person
And remove the contents without trying to force any package.

2) Check contents with the packing note.

3) Should any shortage be observed in the first check, the cases, individual package, also the
Packing material should be thoroughly searched for a second time in the presence of a

3. INSTALLATION OF MACHINE

1) The machine is made out of self – contained portable type body.

2) Ensure that the basement is perfectly level.

3) Connect 3 phase 415 volts 50 cycles AC Electric supply though a suitable isolator and
the starter.

4) Tighten all nuts and bolts (there is a possibility of their getting loosed during transportation)
Ensure effective earthing to the equipment.

5) Electrical:

i] All the electrical connections should be tight and properly connected.

ii] Both motor connections should be maintained to give clockwise rotation.

6) Run the machine for desired product time to be established on trial.

7) Stop the machine and remove the Material from the machine.

6. DESCRIPTION OF MACHINE

Tray Dryer are fabricated in double walled Stainless Steel sheet construction mounted on the rigid
steel frame–work, For Insulation: LRB insulation 75 mm thick. Door gasket food grade silicone
rubber. The unit is also provided air-inlet, air filter, adjustable air-outlet and locking type-insulated
door.

1) The machine will be rectangular type assembly body.

2) Motor fixed on directly to the fan, which is having adjustment of belt.

3) Total Heating capacity will be 18 KW.
