Satisfying your sweet tooth isn’t always a piece of cake especially when you are looking
for desserts that are healthy as they are tasty. Considering, a dessert doesn’t have to
be high in calorie. There are smart choices you can make and substitutions so as not to
deprive yourself with the indulgent of your favourite desserts. As suggested, instead of
fatty ingredients such as whipped butter or topping, use fresh fruit and low-fat
selections. You could try some from this list for that worry free indulgence.

(1)Dark chocolate "bark", Soften dark chocolate and spread it on parchment paper.
