RATIONALE
Based from the Division Memorandum No. 135 s. 2018, The Division of South Cotabato
conducted a 2- Day live-out Division Journalism Seminar- Workshop for Elementary and
Secondary School Paper Advisers both Public and Private Schools, As Deped aims Quality
performance in the field of journalism by product of innate talent, good training and practice,
the school will provide training for students. It is aimed that the campus journalist shall develop
a wholesome culture for writing and other journalistic endeavor that will hone their talents and
skills.

II. OBJECTIVES: The activity is expected to Attain the following:

a. Assist students in their difficulties in school papering;

b. Train Campus journalist about different journalistic writing; and
c. Update the students about the new trends in Campus Journalism.

III. Venue: Audio- Visual Room- Palkan National High School
