FAMILY CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES

DECLARATION OF THE MULLITY OF MARRIAGE IN THE PHILS.

 Article 41 of the Family Code states “A marriage contracted by any person


during the subsistence of the previous marriage shall be null and void. A
second marriage does not automatically become valid when the first
marriage is annulled.

RE: Settlement of Loan Obligation

Madam:

I write in behalf of Ms. Brenda Bacay Torno, in my capacity as her collecting


agent, concerning the settlement of your obligation in the amount of Philippine
Currency: One Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (PhP 190,000.00).

You obtained a loan from Ms. Brenda Bacay Torno in 2017, in the amount of
Philippine Currency: Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (PhP 260,000.00). At
present, you have only paid Philippine Currency: Seventy Thousand Pesos
(PhP 70,000.00).

In view of the foregoing, demand is hereby made upon you to pay Philippine
Currency: One Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (PhP 190,000.00) within seven (7)
days from your receipt of this letter.

Should you fail to heed this demand we shall be constrained to file the necessary
criminal and civil case.
