Introduction:
Easily digestible, fiber rich food which gives instant energy, so it
best suits as your dinner. Some of the ingredients like black pepper,
coriander leaves and rice flakes are added raw or uncooked, so its
alkaline nature and naturally existing enzymes are preserved. Thus,
the 100% nutrients of the uncooked ingredients are available for our
body. This should not be eaten before or after the meal, because it
is only a meal for consuming. The Preparation of Nutritious,
delicious, instant and vegetarian meal as follows.
Ingredients requirement:
✔ Rice Flakes – 100g
✔ Grated Beetroot - 50g
✔ Grated Coconut – ½ cup
✔ Black Pepper Powder – ½ spoon
✔ Cumin Seeds – ¾ spoon
✔ Mustard Seeds – ½ Spoon
✔ Chopped Coriander Leaves – ½ cup
✔ Chopped Curry Leaves – as required
✔ Grated Ginger – small piece
✔ Split Black Gram – 1 spoon
✔ Split Chickpea Gram – 2 spoons
✔ Salt – as required
✔ Sesame Oil – as required
Process Description:
✔ Switch on the stove and place a pan, pour 3 spoons of sesame
oil, after a while, add mustard seeds, split black gram, split
chickpea gram, curry leaves, cumin seeds, ginger and beetroot.
Cook it and off the stove.
✔ In a bowl, add the cooked items in the pan and add the raw black
pepper, coriander leaves, salt along with soaked & washed rice
flakes. Stir it thoroughly. Thus, the meal is ready. Enjoy it by
consuming!
