Exercise: How to overcome bad habits

Write down the bad habits that
are taking your time.
Maintaining a time log of how you
spend your day will help
you find out your
time wasters.
Take three weeks to get rid of them
in this way.
Write down the bad habit you want
to over come.
Example:
 Don’t allow your old habits to
crawl in.
 See that you strictly follow the
change you want to achieve.
 Keep your desktop or book shelf
clean.
 Write the advantages of the good
habit and disadvantages of the bad
habit.
