This Amendment: Changes (“Participating Entity”) to (“Agency”); ‘Adds Section III, COUNTY DESIGNATION TO RECEPTION CENTER, Group F; Revises Section V., A., Department's Agreement Administrator; Revises Section V., B., Agreement Managers; Revises Section VIIL, E., Disputes; and 4 ‘Adds Section VILL, I., Americans with Disabilities Act. Original Agreement Term: January 17, 2017 through January 16, 2022 In accordance with Section V., REVIEW AND MODIFICATION, the following changes are hereby made: 1. The Gulf County, Board of County Commissioners referred to as (“Participating Entity”) is hereby changed to (“Agency”), throughout the entire Agreement as if so originally named, 2. Section IIL, COUNTY DESIGNATION TO RECEPTION CENTER, Group F, is hereby added: HI Group F All male inmates, age 18 and over, who are legally blind, totally blind, have a moderately severe hearing impairment, a severe hearing impairment, or are profoundly deaf shall be processed at Reception and Medical Center. 3. Section V., A., Department's Agreement Administrator, is hereby revised to read: Department's Agreement Administrator The Department's Agreement Administrator is responsible for maintaining the official Agreement file, processing any amendments, termination of the Agreement, and ‘maintaining records of all formal correspondence between the parties regarding administration of this Agreement. v.
