The provider will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of necessary switches and routers and any other equipment (except for the desk phones) necessary to allow approximately 200 user connections at 14 locations within Gulf County. RFQ DEADLINE: Submitted on or before Friday, July 19, 2019 no later than 4:00 P.M., E.T. to the Gulf County Clerk of Court at 1000 Cecil G. Costin, Sr., Blvd., Room 149, Port St. Joe, Florida 32456 and will be opened at this same location on Monday, July 22, 2019 at 10:00 A.M., E.T. RFQ's will be evaluated and a recommendation provided to the Gulf County Board of County Commissioners at a public meeting. Proposals will be evaluated and ranked in order of preference by the Gulf County Administration. The County may also request additional information from a proposer that may be necessary to fully evaluate a proposal. The proposals will be evaluated and then submitted with recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners. If only one proposal is received, the County may negotiate in good faith. All proposals that are timely received shall become the property of the County and any costs or expenses incurred in relation to preparation and submission of proposals shall be borne by the proposer. Such proposals and related information shall be subject to the applicable provisions of the Florida Public Records Act.
