Today I observed working of SAATHI website, the following options present in Saathi are:

1) Home: Here all reports as per requirement can be downloaded from Download Reports option.

2) Village: Here SFO reassignment of village is done by going through BM's ID.

3) Group: Group have 2 subcategories, Group and Group Orientation namely

Group Appraisal is taken into process from this option.

4) Prospect: Prospect have 5 sub categories. They are:

a. Credit Check
b. Reject Eligible Prospect
c. Review (Marginal Cases): It has 3 options: reject ,review ,approve
d. Review (Old Case): It has one more option for re CB check
e. Credit Report

5) Customer: In customer menu there are 6 sub categories:

a. Financial Training
b. Customer Application
c. Loan Disbursement
d. Mediclaim
e. Non-Financial Review
f. Financial Review

6) Collection: in collection menu there are 6 sub categories:

a. Demand Schedule
b. Collection Group
c. ICR (insurance claim request). It is filled by SFO in SAATHI application.
d. Interim Loan Request. It is filled by SFO to give loan between loan cycles of existing member.
e. Activity Planner (This is done by SFO on daily basis before going for an activity)
f. Progress Tracker

Learnings :-

1. In the Home page of Saathi portal there is an option named ‘Download reports’ where all types
of reports can be downloaded, such as

a. CB check report
b. Collection report
c. Death intimation report
d. HO review report
e. Exception report
f. Odometer report
g. Summary report

2. In the Administration tab Odometer option is available where the odometer readings of all the
SFO and BM is available.

3. In the Collection tab there is activity planner, progress tracker ICR (insurance claim request)
option available. BOM needs to check the client attendance by tallying with the photograph from the
collection meeting.

4. In the Customer application option, the current status of the applicant can be seen by providing
the village name in the search bar. This is shown after the LAF is filled up by the SFO.

5. BOM needs to check the following things in the customer applicant for going for a review:

a. Customer name
b. Years of marriage and years of stay. Year of stay should be less than or equal to year of
marriage.
c. Product and mediclaim
d. Family details. If PPI data is given that there are 4 members in the family than all the 4
members details must be provided in the family details section.
e. Type of loan, core or add-on
f. Purpose of loan and main occupation must match to satisfy the condition that the
customer has adequate knowledge of the business for which the loan is being taken.
g. After disbursement mediclaim policy must be checked and it must be provided to the
customer.
