Provides administrative support to business operations by performing medium complex
JOB PURPOSE processing tasks and research based activities. The tasks performed by these set of people usually may or may not have any specific documentation
RESPONSIBILITIES May perform one or more of the following:
Process medium complex / critical SOP based transactions
Process research based activities / participant enquiries Resolve queries using Root Cause Analysis / Quick Solver techniques Review all checklist with task details and provide regular updates to L1 Maintain checklist and task sheets in accordance with SSAE audit norms. Responsible for SOP creation and maintenance Create and Executes SQL queries & reports. Proficient in Vendor/Trust Liaising Participates in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities Involved in transition activities and streamlining process. Update and Maintain SOP based artifacts Provide client specific training to team. Mentor R1 & R2
REQUIREMENT Requires 4+ years of relevant experience
(Experience, Qualification, Graduate from any field Knowledge & Skills) Good understanding of domain or required process Should possess good analytical skills Good knowledge of MS Office tools Good written & spoken English Should be able to create Basic SQL queries
