Dear Mrs. Montes,

This letter is sent upon authority of my client Mr. Alexander F. Madiam and Mrs. Donalyn
N. Reyes, the owner of the residential abode located at Lot 12 Block 3, Jonaville Subdivision,
Barangay Nagkaisang – nayon Novaliches, Quezon City, that you are currently occupying
thereof. You have been ignoring your prior agreement with my client to pay the arrears or unpaid
amount of your respective obligation that you have agreed last August 2018 which have caused
irreparable injury to my client.

Please be advised that you have breached your agreement to pay the amount of Seven
Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 700, 000.00) plus interest. Pursuant to law and stipulations, the
land owners DEMANDS THAT YOU SETTLE YOUR ACCOUNT within Fifteen (15) days from receipt
and to VACATE the premises within THIRTY (30) DAYS from receipt of this notice. The period
above stated is non – negotiable and non – extendable.

You are given ample time to comply with your obligations and to vacate the premises. If
you do not pay and leave the premises within the period stipulated above, my clients shall be
constrained to commence suit to protect their interest.

THIS NOTICE SHALL SERVE AS THE LAST AND FINAL DEMAND.

Please be guided accordingly.
