terabytes of disk storage for host-centric

Sophisticated network
connectivity
Multiple T3 and T1 lines link our
Gaithersburg facility to the Internet
and 16 regional testing centers in Atlanta,
Boston, Boulder, Chicago, Costa Mesa,
Dallas, Detroit, Minneapolis, Phoenix,
San Jose, Seattle, Sterling Forest, Tampa,
Toronto, Valley Forge, and Washington, DC.
IBM testing centers also maintain high-
speed intranet connectivity via ATM
wide area networks (WANs) using T3
and OC3 trunks. Local area network
(LAN) and virtual LAN (VLAN) connec-
tivity is furnished with 100BaseT/Gigabit
Ethernet switches with L2, L3 and L4
switch routers.
