WEEKLY REPORT -4

ACHIEVEMENTS AND PROGRESS OF WORK

3rd June 2019

In the morning session we revised about the growth plus product. we


learned about all the three variations. The advertising charts made by
were presented in front of everyone. Every one of us did role play on
the growth plus plan.

4th June 2019

In the morning session we watched motivational videos. We had a


discussion on what are the important things to achieve success I life.
How people have best success formulas. Each video had a
motivational message and inspired all the students. All of us came and
spoke about their view on the motivational message.

5th June 2019

In the morning session we learnt how to deal us a Clint. We discussed


how clients of different classes and age groups believe.
Studying the body language and behaviour of the customer is a much
to sale any service. In the evening session we had a demo of meeting
clients .How the clients behave when they are asked to buy an
insurance policy they thought us the tricks to deal an Clint and
convince him to buy a policy. By the end of the day we had a
practical view on how the insurance sectors deal with the customers.

6th June 2019

In the morning session we learned about the importance of goal


setting in our life to achieve success the man should be clear about his
goals first and goal setting plays a main role. In the evening session
we are asked to prepare 5 personal goals and 5 professional goals later
on we had face to face interaction with all the 3 mentors.

7th June 2019

On this day each one of us spoke about5 personal and 5 professional


goals and our mentor gave good suggestions to achieve these
successful goals .

8th june 2019

We are given a task of getting 5 clients each one of us is ensured of


getting rewards if we are successful in getting 5 clients maximum and
2 clients minimum. This task helped out to deal with the real world
customers.
