Scope of Works but 1) site survey Design per site conditions ,Supply , Installation ,commissioning ,performance to 99% of design and AMC for 10 years FOR INTEGRATED SYSTEM
not limited to SUPPLIED incl MSEB full co-ordination till promised savings are achieved month on month 2) Preparation of design calculations, Rupees savings calculations , all
tech drawings instalation drgs
3) Supply, Installation , Testing and commissioning SRTPV system to promised agreed contract parameters incl savings per year per month.
4) Liasioning and getting approvals from governing relevant authorities such as but not limited to MSEDCL , MERC and all authorities as deemed necessary for
Successful design supply installation and testing and commissioning of SRTPV
5)Comprehensive maintenance for periodical maintenance of supplied eqpt panels , Inverter and other elec connections which ensures cont savings in MSEB bills
to GSV.This is a performance contract.

Option-2 PART common facilities connected to SRTPV with Net Metering

A: GENERAL Vendor to fill up and confirm /specify the following details in addition to those provided in Quote
Location ,Space, Society information and MSEDCL liaison VENDOR TO FILL IN CONFIRMATION

a1 Vendor to confirm that vendor has visited the site and carried out detailed site survey for
design requirement installation of the SRTPV and is well acquainted with the GSV
EXPECTATIONS of promised design savings .......... Rs per month , geography and physical
attributes,sun angles etc. vendor to ensure foot print drawings and ensures all his eqpt is
limited these space requirements.

a2 Vendor is aware of the space limitations and location available for installation of SRTPV and
confirms that enough space is available on roof top. Vendor to confirm that vendor will
arrange for all tools and tackles required to install the system including ladders lifting
mechanism as deemed required for the successful installation, commissioning and running of
the system. NO instalation supports will be allowed on slab of terrace pl.This is non nego
condtition. pl cfm area reqd on each of 6 bldg or how ?.Supports for the Panels should be non
drilling type

a3 Vendor to confirm that all details pertaining to the 20 meters -their location and connectivity
,Customer number etc. have been made available and that no further details are required
from the society
a4 Vendor to confirm that Society will not be involved in any sort of liasoning activity with
MSEDCL/MERC be it technical approvals, arranging for visits for inspections , repairs etc. of
MSEDCL or MERC authorities
a5 Vendor to list the statuary Fees t be paid by society and for which receipts will be given by
MSEDCLin the name of GSV
a6 All statutory approvals, required efforts and expenses other than statutory fees are in vendor
scope
a7 Vendor to confirm that there are no hidden costs whats so ever.THIS will be contract value and
no change order will be entertained in any case

Each PV module must use RFID tag which must contain the following information as per
MNRE requirements:

ii.         Name of the manufacturer of Solar Cells
iii.      Date of year of manufacture (separately for solar cells and module)
iv.                  Peak wattage, Im, Vm and FF for the module
v.         Unique Sl. No. and model no. of the module
vi.      Date and year of obtaining IEC PV module qualification certificate
vii.               Name of the test lab issuing IEC certificate
WARRANTY:
PV modules used in solar power system must be warranted for their output peak watt
capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10years and 80% at the end of
25years

Note : The Vendor shall install the meter to read Solar energy of SRTPV system and a bi-
directional meter in separate meter boxes along with Bus bar chamber in the same proximity or
at a suitable place in the premises accessible for the purpose of reading.
