PERAR PROCEDURE

1.0 SCOPO / Scope


1.1 Questa procedura definisce le modalità di esecuzione delle prove idrostatiche da eseguire durante il
collaudo finale delle valvole + attuatore in accordo alla specifica standard API 6A, H&S Standard
according to OHSAS 18001:2007 e 04-SAMSS-049.
This procedure define the execution modes to be used during FAT of the valves + actuators,
according to standard specification API 6A Edition, H&S Standard according to OHSAS
18001:2007 e 04-SAMSS-049.

2.0 RESPONSABILITA' / Responsibility


2.1 Il Quality Control è responsabile del controllo al 100% delle valvole sottoposte a collaudo
idrostatico.
The Quality Control is responsible of the tests above mentioned and carried out on 100% of
the valves.

3.0 TIPO DI PROVE / Type of tests


3.1 Solo le valvole con passaggio uguale o maggiore di 4-1/16” devono essere testate con
l’orientamento specificato nella tabella 3. Nel caso questo requisito portasse ad avere l’organo di
manovra della valvola immeso in acqua durante il test a gas, la valvola potrà essere testata senza
l'organo di manovra. (04-SAMSS-56 Cl. 6.21)
Valves with bores equal to, or larger than, 4-1/16” shall be tested in the orientation specified
on table 3. Where this requirement would result in an operator been submerged during gas
testing valvole shall be tested without valve operator. (04-SAMSS-56 Cl. 6.21)
3.2 Tulle le valvole a sfera devono essere sottoposte alle seguenti prove di collaudo
All ball valves shall be tested as follow:

 Fase 1 – Prova di drift (solo per valvole a passaggio pieno)


Phase 1 – Drift test (only for full bore valves)
 Fase 2 – Prova anti statica in accordo alla ISO 14313, Section B.5
Phase 2 – Anti-static test as per ISO 14313, Section B.5
 Fase 3 – Prova funzionale

3.3 Le fasi 8, 9 e 10 sono da eseguire con la valvola immersa in acqua come da 04-SAMSS-056 Cl.
6.11, con l’operatore smontato.
Eventuali manovre verranno eseguite togliendo momentaneamente la valvola fuori dall’acqua.
Phases 8, 9 and 10 shall be performed with the valve submerged in water bath as per 04-
SAMSS-056 Cl. 6.11 with operator disassembled from valve
Any possible manouvre shall be performed taking out the valve from the water bath
3.4 Le porte di iniezione del grasso stelo e seggi non dovranno essere usate durante il test.
Seat and stem injection features shall not be used before or during testing.
3.5 Durante i test le estremità valvola dovranno essere chiuse con flange cieche adatte ad alloggiare
adeguate porte per la misurazione delle perdite, che dovranno sottoporre la valvola al pieno carico
assiale dato dalla pressione e che dovranno sottoporre tutte le superfici bagnate, incluse le cave di
connessione alla piena pressione di test.
The end connections shall be fitted with mating blind connections, adapted to include
appropriately positioned test connection ports, which shall subject the valve to full end
loads and which subject all process wetted sealing surfaces, including end connection seal
grooves, to full test pressures during testing
3.6 Per i test dei seggi il controllo delle perdite dovrà essere effettuato dalla cavità corpo
For seat tests monitoring & leakage detection shall be from a body cavity port.

4.0 TIPO DI FLUIDO / Type of fluid


4.1 Le prove idrostatiche vengono eseguite utilizzando acqua potabile con contenuto di cloruri pari a 0
ppm, emulsionata con un inibitore di corrosione in quantità di 30% per litro.
The hydrostatic tests shall be carried out using potable water (chloride content 0 ppm)
mixed with corrosion inhibitor in quantity of 30% per litre.
4.2 La prova gas alta pressione vengono eseguite con 100% azoto.
High pressure gas tests shall be carried out using 100% nitrogen.
4.3 Il collaudo dovrà essere eseguito a temperature ambiente (10° - 35°C)
Testing shall be carried out at ambient temperature. (10° - 35°C)
4.4 Il certificato dell’acqua deve essere disponibile prima del test per verifica del contenuto di cloruri e
pH. Questo deve essere verificato ogni 3 mesi (04-SAMSS-056 Cl. 6.9)
Water certificate shall be made available before testing for verification of Chloride content
and pH level. This shall be verified every 3 months (04-SAMSS-056 Cl. 6.9)

5.0 PRESSIONI E DURATA DELLE PROVE / Pressure and duration tests


5.1 Per le pressioni vedere la tabella 1.
The pressure shall be carried out according to table 1.

Note: La pressione è da considerarsi stabilizzata quando la variazione non è più del 5% / ora della
pressione di test o 3.45 MPa / ora (500 PSI/ora), il valore minore dei due. La pressione deve
rimanere entro il 5% della pressione di test o entro 3.45 MPa (500 PSI), il valore minore dei due.
(API 6A para F.1.10 section b).
Note: Pressure shall be considered stabilized when the rate of charge is no more than 5% of the
test pressure per hour or 3.45 MPa / h (500 PSI/hour), whichever is less. Pressure shall
remain within 5% of the test pressure or within 3.45 MPa (500 PSI), whichever is less. (API
6A para F.1.10 section b).

5.2 Dovrà essere utilizzato un registratore di pressione per tutti i test idrostatici. I registratori di
pressione non saranno richiesti per i test a gas (API 6A Cl. 7.4.9.5.3).
A chart recorder shall be used on all hydrostatic tests. Chart recorder for gas testing is not
required. (API 6A Cl. 7.4.9.5.3).
5.3 La strumentazione di misura utilizzata per il collaudo (trasduttori) sono calibrate in accordo a
procedura interna PRO AQ 007 - Measurement equipment calibration procedure, emessa in
accordo alla API 6A
Instrumentation used for testing (pressure transducers) are calibrated in accordance to
internal calibration procedure PRO AQ 007 - Measurement equipment calibration procedure
issued in accordance to API 6A.

5.4 Tutti gli strumenti devono essere calibrati per il fluido di collaudo che si andrà ad utilizzare e per il
livello di perdita che si andrà a misurare
All measurement equipment shall be calibrated for the test medium and shall be appropriate
for the leakage acceptance criteria.

6.0 PROCEDURA / Procedure


6.1 Le prove di pressione dovranno essere eseguite secondo la sequenza sotto indicata:
The pressure tests shall be carried out in the following sequence:

6.1 (FASE 1) Prova di drift (solo per valvole a passaggio pieno) – (Phase 1) Drift test (only for
full bore valves)
6.1.1 Passare un tampone attraverso il corpo valvola dopo il suo assemblaggio. Dimensione in tabella 2
Pass a drift mandrel through the valve bore after the valve has been assembled. Dimensions
detailed in Table 2
6.1.2 Il tampone deve passare completamente attraverso il corpo valvola.
The drift mandrel shall pass completely through the valve bore.

6.2 (FASE 2) Prova anti statica in accordo alla ISO 14313, Section B.5 - (PHASE 1) Anti-static test
as per ISO 14313, Section B.5
6.2.1 La resistenza elettrica tra la sfera e il corpo valvola e tra lo stelo e il corpo valvola deve essere
misurato utilizzando una sorgente di corrente continua non superiore ai 12 V.
La resistenza dovrà essere misurata sulla valvola asciutta prima dei test di pressione e non dovrà
superare i 10 Ω.
Dovrà essere testato almeno il 5% delle valvole nell’ordine.
The electrical resistance between the ball and the valve body and between the stem/shaft
and the valve body shall be measured using a direct-current power source not exceeding 12
V. The resistance shall be measured on dry valves before pressure testing and shall not
exceed 10 Ω.
At least 5% of the valves in the order shall be tested

6.3 (FASE 3) Prova funzionale / (Phase 3) Functional test


ATTUATORE ELETTRICO – ELECTRIC ACTUATOR
6.3.1 Con valvola completamente piena d' acqua, mettere la sfera in posizione chiusa.
With the valve completely full of water, turn the ball in close position.
6.3.2 La valvola dovrà essere aperta usando l’attuatore elettrico, con applicata al lato A della valvola la
massima pressione differenziale (campo #11 "MAX PRESSURE DROP DP" del INSTRUMENT
SPECIFICATION SHEET)

Valve shall be open stroked using the electrical actuator with maximum differential pressure
("MAX PRESSURE DROP DP" field #11 of INSTRUMENT SPECIFICATION SHEET) applied on
side A of the valve.
6.3.3 Valvola dovrà essere operata da aperta a chiusa senza pressione dentro il passaggio
Valve shall then be stroked from the fully open to the fully close position without pressure in
the line.
6.3.4 La valvola dovrà essere aperta usando l’attuatore elettrico, con applicata al lato B della valvola la
massima pressione differenziale (campo #11 "MAX PRESSURE DROP DP" del INSTRUMENT
SPECIFICATION SHEET)
The valve shall be open stroked using the electrical actuator with maximum differential
pressure ("MAX PRESSURE DROP DP" field #11 of INSTRUMENT SPECIFICATION SHEET)
applied on the valve side B.
6.3.5 I tempi di manovra dovranno essere misurati e registrati sul rapporto di collaudo
Full operation time (Opening / Closing time) for each stroke shall be measured and recorded
on the performance test certificate.
6.3.6 Dovrà essere verificata la manovra valvola attraverso il volantino montato sull’attuatore, con
applicata al lato A della valvola la massima pressione differenziale
The manual operation shall be verified by means of hand-wheel mounted on actuators, with
maximum differential pressure applied on side A of the valve.
6.3.7 Criterio di accettabilità: gli attuatori elettrici dovranno essere in grado di operare la valvola contro la
pressione differenziale.
Acceptance Criteria: Electrical actuator shall be able to operate the valve against maximum
differential pressure.
6.3.8 Il settaggio di coppia (%) necessario per operare la valvola dovrà essere riportata sul certificato di
collaudo
Torque Setting (%) to move the valve shall be indicated on test certificate.
6.3.9 Durante il collaudo dell’attuatore elettrico dovranno essere verificati le operazioni degli accessori
(indicatori aperto-chiuso, funzionalità dei limit switch, position feedback).
During test of electric actuator operation of actuator accessories (open-close indication.
limit switch operation, position feedback etc.) shall be performed

ATTUATORE IDRAULICO – HYDRAULIC ACTUATOR


6.3.1 Con valvola completamente piena d' acqua, mettere la sfera in posizione chiusa.
With the valve completely full of water, turn the ball in close position.
6.3.2 La valvola dovrà essere aperta usando l’attuatore idraulico usando la minima pressione di
alimentazione, con applicata al lato A della valvola la massima pressione differenziale (campo #29
"MAX PRESSURE DROP DP" del INSTRUMENT SPECIFICATION SHEET)
Valve shall be open stroked using the hydraulic actuator with maximum differential pressure
using minimum actuator pressure supply ("MAX PRESSURE DROP DP" field #29 of
INSTRUMENT SPECIFICATION SHEET) applied on side A of the valve.
6.3.3 Valvola dovrà essere operata da aperta a chiusa senza pressione dentro il passaggio
Valve shall then be stroked from the fully open to the fully close position without pressure in
the line.
6.3.4 La valvola dovrà essere aperta usando l’attuatore idraulico, con applicata al lato B della valvola la
massima pressione differenziale usando la minima pressione di alimentazione (campo #29 "MAX
PRESSURE DROP DP" del INSTRUMENT SPECIFICATION SHEET)
The valve shall be open stroked using the hydraulic actuator with maximum differential
pressure using minimum actuator pressure supply ("MAX PRESSURE DROP DP" field #29 of
INSTRUMENT SPECIFICATION SHEET) applied on the valve side B.
6.3.5 I tempi di manovra dovranno essere misurati e registrati sul rapporto di collaudo
Full operation time (Opening / Closing time) for each stroke shall be measured and recorded
on the performance test certificate.
6.3.6 Dovrà essere verificata la manovra valvola attraverso la pompa manuale, con applicata al lato A
della valvola la massima pressione differenziale
The manual operation shall be verified by means of hand-pump mounted on actuators, with
maximum differential pressure applied on side A of the valve.

6.3.7 Criterio di accettabilità: l’attuatore dovrà essere in grado di operare la valvola contro la massima
pressione differenziale da datasheet (VDS). Verificare la posizione di fail. I tempi di manovra
devono essere comparati con quelli del ISS
Acceptance Criteria: Hydraulic actuator shall be able to operate the valve against maximum
differential pressure (see VDS). Check of “Fail Safe Position”. Monitored stroking time shall
be as per ISS
6.3.8 Durante il collaudo dell’attuatore idraulico dovranno essere verificati le operazioni degli accessori
(SOV, indicatori aperto-chiuso, funzionalità dei limit switch, position feedback).
During test of electric actuator operation of actuator accessories (SOV, open-close
indication. limit switch operation, position feedback etc.) shall be performed
6.3.9 Verificare funzionalità del PST azionando l’attuatore con la minima pressione di alimentazione con
la valvola alla massima pressione differenziale.
Verify operation of PST at max differential pressure with min hydraulic pressure

6.4 (FASE 4) Prova idrostatica del corpo / (Phase 4) Hydrostatic body test
6.4.1 Con la sfera in posizione parzialmente aperta riempire la valvola completamente con acqua
emulsionata facendo attenzione che tutta l'aria sia spurgata.
With the ball partially open fill the valve with emulsifiable water and be care that all air has
been removed.
6.4.2 Applicare le pressioni di prova in accordo alla tabella 1.
Apply the pressure test according to table 1.
6.4.3 A pressione stabilizzata, chiudere la mandata e isolare la valvola dal banco di collaudo e mantenere
la pressione per 3 minuti.
When test pressure is stabilized, close the inlet line and isolate the valve from the pressure
source and maintain the pressure for 3 minutes.
6.4.4 Non devono verificarsi perdite esterne visibili durante la durata del test
There shall be no external visible leakage under the test pressure.
6.4.5 Rimuovere la pressione e ripetere l’operazione una seconda volta. Mettere pressione nella valvola
come da tabella 1. Lasciare stabilizare la pressione e mantenere la pressione per 15 minuti come
da step 6.4.3 a 6.4.4. Controllare per ogni possibile perdita. Criterio di accettabilità: nessuna perdita
Remove the pressure to zero and repeat the operations second time. Pressurise the valve as
per table 1. The pressure shall be allowed to stabilise and held for 15 minutes as reported to
point 6.4.3-6.4.4. Check for any visible leakage. Acceptance Criteria: Zero leakage
6.4.6 Non incominciare il conteggio del tempo finchè la pressione non è stata raggiunta, la valvola e i
misuratori di pressione devono essere isolati dal banco di collaudo e la superficie esterna della
valvola deve essere accuratamente asciugata.
Do not start the timing until the test pressure has been reached, the equipment and the
pressure-monitoring gauge have been isolated from the pressure source and the external
surfaces of the body members have been thoroughly dried.

6.5 (FASE 5) Prova idrostatica seggi / (Phase 5) Hydrostatic seats test


6.5.1 Con valvola completamente piena d'acqua inibita, ruotare la sfera in posizione chiusa facendo
attenzione che tutta l'aria sia spurgata.
With the valve completely fill of emulsifiable water, turn the ball in close position and be
care that no air remain inside.
6.5.2 Aprire lo sfiato nella cavità del corpo, applicare la pressione di prova ad un lato della valvola, che è
uguale alla pressione di rating (690 barg), e mantenere la pressione per 3 minuti mentre l’altro lato
deve rimanere a pressione atmosferica.
Open the vent in the body cavity, apply the pressure test to one side, which is equal to the
rated working pressure (690 barg),and maintain the pressure for 3 minutes, while the other
side open to the atmosphere.
6.5.3 Verificare dalla cavità del corpo “sfiato” l'eventuale perdita.
Verify from the body cavity “vent” the leakage.
6.5.4 Aprire la valvola alla massima pressione differenziale (pressione di rating).
Open the valve while under full differential pressure (rating pressure).
6.5.5 Ripetere le operazioni dal punto 6.5.2 al 6.5.4 sullo stesso seggio per altre 2 volte per 15 minuti
ciascuno.

Repeat the operations 6.5.2 to 6.5.4 on the same seat for 2 more times for 15 minutes each.
6.5.6 Criterio di accettabilità in accordo spec. API 6A/ISO 10423: nessuna perdita visibile per ogni
periodo di prova.
Acceptance criteria according to API 6A/ISO 10423: no visible leakage during each holding
period.
6.5.7 Togliere la pressione, e ripetere l'operazione dall’ altro lato della valvola con le stesse modalità del
punto 6.5.1-6.5.6
Remove the pressure, and repeat the operations as reported to point 6.5.1-6.5.6 to the other
side.

6.6 (FASE 6) Prova idrostatica contemporanea seggi (DBB / (Phase 6) Hydrostatic


simultaneously seats test (DBB)
6.6.1 Con valvola completamente piena d'acqua inibita, ruotare la sfera in posizione chiusa.
Turn the ball in close position and be care that no air remain inside.
6.6.2 Aprire lo sfiato nella cavità del corpo, applicare la pressione di prova ad entrambi i lati della valvola,
che è uguale alla pressione di rating (690 barg), e mantenere la pressione per 3 minuti.
Open the vent in the body cavity, apply the pressure test to both sides, which is equal to
the rated working pressure (690 barg),and maintain the pressure for 3 minutes.
6.6.3 Verificare dalla cavità del corpo “sfiato” l'eventuale perdita.
Verify from the body cavity “vent” the leakage.
6.6.4 Aprire la valvola alla massima pressione differenziale.
Open the valve while under full differential pressure.
6.6.5 Ripetere le operazioni dal punto 6.6.2 al 6.6.4 per altre 2 volte per 15 minuti ciascuno.
Repeat the operations 6.6.2 to 6.6.4 for 2 more times for 15 minutes each.
6.6.6 Criterio di accettabilità in accordo spec. API 6A/ISO 10423: nessuna perdita visibile per ogni
periodo di prova.
Acceptance criteria according to API 6A/ISO 10423: no visible leakage during each holding
period.

6.7 (FASE 7) Prova idrostatica rilascio cavità corpo (solo per valvole con progetto rilascio cavità
corpo) – (Phase 7) Hydrostatic body cavity relief test (for cavity relief design valves)
6.7.1 Questa prova dovrà essere eseguita al 100% delle valvole
This test shall be performed on 100% of valves
6.7.2 Con valvola completamente piena d'acqua inibita, ruotare la sfera in posizione chiusa.
Turn the ball in close position and be care that no air remain inside.
6.7.3 Prima di applicare la pressione di prova nella cavità corpo attraverso il foro dello sfiato, verificare
che entrambi gli scarichi a monte e valle della sfera siano aperti a pressione atmosferica.
Before applying the test pressure in the body cavity by vent hole, verify that the both sides
of the ball, upstream and downstream, are at atmospheric pressure.
6.7.4 La pressione nella cavità corpo dovrà essere aumentata inserendo acqua fino a quando la
pressione è scaricata. Quando un seggio rilascia la pressione il banco dovrà essere chiuso da quel
lato e la pressione incrementata fino a far rilasciare anche l’altro seggio. Dovrà essere verificato
che entrambi i seggi rilascino a una pressione massima del 133% della pressione nominale della
valvola.
The cavity pressure shall be increased putting water into valve until the pressure is relieved.
When one seat releases the pressure the vent of that side is then closed and the pressure of
the cavity is still increased till release by the second seat. It must be verified that both seats
release occurs at a maximum pressure of 133% of the valve rating pressure.

Svuotare la valvola dall’acqua. I test successivi devono essere eseguiti con la valvola immersa
nell’acqua
Drain completely the valve from water, following test shall be performed with the valvole
immersed in water bath.

6.8.2 Aprire lo sfiato nella cavità del corpo.
Open the vent in the body cavity,
6.8.3 Verificare dalla cavità del corpo l'eventuale perdita immergendo la canna in acqua.
Verify from the body cavity the possible leakage putting under water a little tube.
6.8.4 Il collaudo consiste in due pressature monitorate.
Testing shall consist of two, monitored holding periods.
6.8.5 La prima pressatura dovrà essere uguale a 5.5 ÷ 6.9 bar.
The primary-test pressure shall equal to 5.5 ÷ 6.9 bar.
6.8.6 Il tempo della prima pressatura dovrà essere pari a 60 minuti
The primary-test monitored holding period shall be 60 min.
6.8.7 Ridurre la pressione a zero tra la prima e la seconda pressatura
Reduce the pressure to zero between the primary and secondary holding periods.
6.8.8 La valvola dovrà essere operata in piena apertura e piena chiusura tra i due test.
The valves shall be fully opened and fully closed between tests.
6.8.9 La seconda pressatura dovrà essere eseguita a una pressione di 5.5 ÷ 6.9 bar
The secondary-test pressure shall be at 5.5 ÷ 6.9 bar.
6.8.10 Il tempo della seconda pressatura sarà pari a 60 minuti

6.8.11 Ripetere dalla 6.8.4 alla 6.8.10 dall’altro lato valvola

6.9 (FASE 9) Prova gas corpo in accordo alla API 6A PSL4 / (Phase 9) Gas body test as per API
6A PSL4
6.9.1 Il test dovrà essere eseguito a temperature ambiente con la valvola completamente immersa in
acqua. Fluido di collaudo sarà azoto. La valvola sarà messa in posizione parzialmente aperta
durante il test.
This test shall be conducted at ambient temperature and with valves completely submerged
into the water bath. Test medium shall be Nitrogen. Valve shall be in the partially open
position during the test.
6.9.2 La prova a gas del corpo consiste in una singola pressatura della durata minima di 15 minuti, non
inizierà il conteggio del tempo finchè la presione di collaudo non verrà raggiunta e stabilizzata e la
valvola isolata dalla sorgente di pressione.
The gas body test shall consist of a single pressure holding period of not less than 15
minutes, the timing of which shall not start until the test pressure has been reached and
stabilized and the equipment and pressure monitoring gage have been isolated from the
pressure source.
6.9.3 La pressione di collaudo sarà pari alla massima pressione di rating (690 barg). Controllare le
perdite esterne con la valvola immersa in acqua.
Test pressure shall be equal to the rated working pressure (690 barg). Check all external
leakage with valves submerged in to the water bath.
6.9.4 Criterio di accettabilità: non ci dovranno essere bolle visibili nell’acqua durante il tempo di collaudo.
Sarà considerata accettabile una perdita massima di 2.0 MPa (300 psi) e contemporaneamente
non ci dovranno essere perdite visibile nell’acqua durante il tempo di collaudo.
Acceptance Criteria: No visible bubbles shall appear in the water bath during holding period.
A reduction of the gas test pressure of maximum 2,0 MPa (300 psi) is acceptable, as long as
there are no visible bubbles in the water bath during the holding period

6.10 (FASE 10) Prova gas seggi in accordo alla API 6A PSL4 / (Phase 10) Gas seats test as per
API6A PSL4
6.10.1 Prova da eseguire senza l’operatore sulla valvola, eseguire le manovre con la valvola fuori
dall’acqua.
Test to be performed without operator mounted on the valve, and perform any manouver
taking out temporary the valve from water

6.10.2 Applicare la pressione di prova mettendo azoto nella valvola in posizione chiusa con l’altra
estremità a pressione atmosferica.
Apply gas pressure on each side of the valve with the other side open to the atmosphere.
6.10.3 Condurre il test a temperatura ambiente usando azoto come fluido di collaudo. Condurre il test con
la valvola completamente immersa in acqua
Conduct the test at ambient temperatures using nitrogen as the test medium. Conduct the
test with the equipment completed submerged in a water bath.

6.10.5 La prima pressatura dovrà essere uguale alla pressione nominale

7.0 MODALITA' DI CONTROLLO / Control modality


Il Quality Control e il rappresentante del cliente devono presenziare alle prove e richiedere quando
lo ritengano necessario la ripetizione delle prove.
The pressure tests shall be performed under presence of the QC mgr.and clients
representant which may request to repeat the test when necessary.
Materiale conforme / Conformance material
Le valvole che hanno superato positivamente le prove di collaudo, dovranno essere drenate per
fare uscire completamente l’ acqua residua presente nella cavità del corpo. Successivamente la
superficie interna dovrà essere prima asciugata e poi rivestita con un prodotto antiruggine tipo
TECTYL 506 fornito da Valvoline (o un alternativo equivalente) che lascia un sottile strato di
lubrificante adesivo oleoso sul pezzo. Per assicurare una totale copertura dell’ anticorrosivo, dopo
drenaggio, la valvola dovrà essere messa in posizione mezza aperta, rivestita internamente e poi
rimessa in posizione completamente aperta.
Valves that have passed positively the pressure test, shall be drained to allow the residual
water trapped in the body cavity to go out . Subsequently the internal surface of the valves
will be before dried and then coated with a fluid rust preventive type TECTYL 506 supplied
by Valvoline (or equivalent alternative) which leaves an adhesive, lubricant and oily film on
the pieces. To ensure total coverage of fluid rust preventive after drain the valve shall be
placed into half open position, internally coated with the fluid and then put in fully open
position.
L' esito positivo della prova deve essere evidenziato con la punzonatura di ciascuna valvola con
“P2”.
The positive result of the pressure test shall be indicated by a mark “P2” stamped on the
valve body.

Materiale non conforme - Non conformance material


Una valvola che ha fallito il test può essere ritestata solo quando sono state verificate e
documentate le cause del fallimento. Il rapporto di non coformità dovrà essere fornito all’ispettore
Cliente per revisione. (04-SAMSS-056 Cl. 6.26)
La valvola dovrà essere sottoposta all’intera sequenza di test a partire dal test isdrostatico del
corpo. Se la valvola dovesse di nuovo fallire qualunque parte del test, Perar dovrà investigare sulla
root cause analysis, la possibile soluzione e le disposizioni proposte, da fornire in forma di report
all’ispettore Cliente per accettazione prima di procedere con gli altri test sulla valvola. (04-SAMSS-
056 Cl. 6.26)
A valve which fails a test may be retested only once on the condition that the reason for the
initial failure is investigated, addressed and documented. The non-conformance report shall
be provided to the buyer's inspection representative for review.

The reworked valve shall be subject to the full sequence of testing starting from the
hydrostatic shell test. In the event that the reworked valve fails any portion of testing Perar
shall provide the root cause analysis, the proposed solution, and the proposed disposition
in report format to the buyers inspection representative for acceptance prior to any further
testing been performed on the reworked valve. (04-SAMSS-056 Cl. 6.26)
