FORMAT
All printed material in the main part of the project/assignment shall have 1.5 line
spacing.
Matter may be printed both sides other than the title page and table of contents.
Use the automatic footnote function in the text processing programme. Please don't
gather the footnotes in a separate document; instead put them at the bottom of each
page. The footnote references {consecutive numeration} have to be marked in
superscript and preferably at the end of the paragraph. The footnote reference figure
should be put at the end of the sentence, after the full stop. Please avoid placing
footnote references in the middle of a sentence.
Project/Assignment title heading in 16.0 font size. Centre aligned and capital-bold
typeface.
The section headings should be in Times New Roman, font size 14.0 point, Left
aligned and capital-bold typeface. (eg: INTRODUCTION)
Subsection should be in Times New Roman, size 12, left aligned and bold typeface.
Capitalise only the first letter of the word.(eg: Subsection)
Table and figures could be numbered sequentially, but separately for each. (eg: Table-
1; Table-2 and so on; Figure-1; Figure-2 and so on)

Alignment-Distribute the text evenly between the margins (justified)
Vertical space between paragraphs shall be about 1.5 line spacing. The first line of
each paragraph should normally be indented by 15 mm.
If the paper is less than 20 pages in length, it should be neatly stapled on the left top
corner. More than 20-page assignment could be soft bound. Do not use stick files.
