Professional experience: Having 5.0 year of experience in field Instrumentation and

Maintenance of pharmaceutical industry ( cGMP plant).

Designation: Executivein Engineering and Maintenancedepartment from Nov-2013 to
till date at cGMP plant M/S: AuropeptideLtd (subsidiary of Aurobindo PharmaLtd).

Key Responsibilities Handling as Executive:

1. Responsible for preparing and execution of Master list of instruments and calibration
schedules for various instruments such as flow meters and transmitters, pressure
Transmitters, temperature transmitters, digital indicators, pressure gauges & temp.
Gauges etc.,
2. Responsible for the preparation and revisionsof the variouscalibrations SOP’s for
field instruments.
3. Responsible for ensuring proper operation and maintenance of various equipments
such as Lyophilisers, purified water systems, Preparative HPLC Systems,
Electrical operated equipments etc., PLC and SCADA based systems.
 4. Responsible for participating during qualifications of equipments in order to ensure the
operation of instruments, PLC, SCADA, GAMP and documentation.
5. Responsible for the preparing and execution of Preventive maintenance schedules for
various equipments such as electrical equipments, panel boards ,various machines using in
production area such as VTD’s and Lyophilizers etc. and coordinate with the execution team.
6. Responsible for the deviations and change controls for all related to field instruments.
7. Responsible forexecution the calibration of instruments in-house as well as coordinate
with third party.
8. Responsible for maintain the spare parts and procurement/follow up purchase
department for the material as per requirement.
9. Responsible for preparing the technical data sheets for instruments during
procurement.
10. Responsible for Coordinate with the third party for PLC software validations of various
equipments.
11. Responsible for performing temperature mappings as periodically as per schedule for
various storage areas and equipments.
12. Responsible for making newcontrol circuits or modifying existing control circuit as per
requirement and convenient.

Experience&Technical Key Skills On:

 Good understanding of Electrical Drawings, HVAC Drawings, P&I Drawings and control circuits.
 Good knowledge on Planning of Projects, Erection & Maintenance.
 Installation, calibration and loop checking of the filed instruments.
 Substantialknowledge on PLCS7 series of Siemens, Omron CJ series PLC, Mitsubishi PLC’s
and SCADA software’s.
 Operation, maintenance and Trouble shooting of Lyophilisers (Make: Tofflon).
 Operation, maintenance and Trouble shooting of Vacuum tray dryers (VTD).
 Maintenance and trouble shooting of Automatedsolvent distribution system.
 Calibration, maintenance and Trouble shooting of instruments like RTD, thermo couple sensors,
limit switches, relays, solenoid valves, level switches, sensors &transmitters, pressure switches
,proximity sensor & flow switches etc.
 Calibration & maintenance of flow meters like mass flow meters, vortex flow meters and
transmittercalibrations, conductivity and ORP calibrations.
 Provided solutions and fixed equipment malfunctioning, system faults and network errors –used
root cause failure techniques, correctiveactions, modifications.
 Immense knowledge on trouble shooting of various electrical and instruments such as control
circuits & power circuits of equipments, drives, starters etc.
