經濟上有困難的香港公開大學遙距學習／兼讀制面授課程的學
生，可以向本校申請「學費資助計劃」下的助學金或貸款，以
繳付學費。大學現時提供「一年後償還」貸款及「畢業償還」
貸款，有關貸款申請手續簡單容易，成功申請人只須繳付貸款
額的1%至1.5%行政費。

新生 不論新生或舊生，現可直接申請「一年後償還」貸款，大學並於首輪及第二
輪申請均會提供有關貸款。成功申請人只需於開學後一年開始以免息分期償
還貸款（即學費）。

舊生 倘若舊生於申請貸款時已在公開大學註冊（並非修讀後取得）
最少20學分（不包括獲公開大學助學金／貸款資助的科目），

Students of the OUHK distance-learning/ part-time face-to-face programmes
who encounter financial difficulties may apply for a bursary or loan under
the Student Financial Assistance Scheme for paying their tuition fees. The
University now offers “Pay After One Year” (PAOY) and “Pay On Graduation”
(POG) Loans, the application procedures are simple and the successful
applicants only need to pay a very low administrative fee of 1% - 1.5% of the
loan amount.
