DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS.

THAT I, AGUSTIN P. REDITO, of legal age FILIPINO and resident of brgy

Magsaysay, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, for and in consideration of the sum of TWO
HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P200.000.00) Philippine Currency to me paid in hand
And the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged from SPS. RAMON B. DANGANAN
and MARIA ELENA REGASPI-DANGANAN, likewise of legal age, Filipino citizen and
resident of Sandoy, Poblacion, Alaminos City, Pangasinan do by these presents hereby
CEDE, SELL, TRANSFER AND CONVEY, by way of Absolute Sale unto the said
Vendee, their heirs successors and assigns that certain portion of land below
Described, which is more particularly described as follows to it.

“ A portion of a parcel of land located at Brgy, Magsaysay, Alaminos

City, Pangasinan, containing an area of 222 square meters, bounded on the
NE by lot 13433-G; SE by lot 1344-C ; SW by lot 8342; and NW by lot
13433-A Declared under Tax Declaration No. 2018-20-00833.”

That the party vendor prior to the execusion of this instrument have complied with
The provisions of Article 1623 of the New Civil Code, likewise of the Land Reform Law,
The fact that the land herein involved is not tenanted and further warrant unto the herein
Vendee their heirs, successors and assigns to protect and depend their rights, title and
Interest against any lawful claim or claims of any other persons whomsoever.
