dalam menangani dan membantu para pasien yang membutuhkan
pertolongan medis pak!
Kepala ruangan : Bagus, saya suka semangat kalian. Tetap semangat ya semuanya!!

yang baru saja datang dari UGD)
Perawat pelaksana 1 : Baik pak, ini catatan rekam medis nya pak!
Kepala ruangan : Terima kasih sus... ternyata ibu itu mengalami kanker payudara.
Disini tertulis ibu itu masuk ke rumah sakit ini dengan diagnosa Ca
Mamae.
Perawat pelaksana 1 : Astafirrullah, kasian sekali ibu itu.

kembali ke stasiun perawat dengan ekspresi muka yang tampak cemas”

Perawat pelaksana 1 :Kenapa terlihat cemas sus.

Perawat pelaksana 2 : Saya khawatir dengan kondisi pasien yang tadi. Dia terlihat cemas
Perawat pelaksana 1 : Bukankah itu sesuatu yang wajar sus?
Perawat pelaksana 2 : Iya sus, tapi saya lihat pasien sangat tampak tegang.
Kepala tim :Baiklah, Kalau begitu coba saya ajak ngobrol pasien.

Kepala Ruangan : Assalamualaikum..

Pasien : Walaikumsalam
Kepala tim : Selamat pagi bu, masih ingat dengan saya bu? Saya Ketua tim asuhan
keperawatan yang merawat ibu sampai ibu pulang. Baik bu, hari ini
saya bersama perawat akan memeriksa tanda tanda vital ibu untuk
mengetahui kondisi ibu saat ini.
Pasien : Wokesiaapppp.....
Perawat Pelaksana 1 : Pemeriksaan tanda-tanda vital ibu sudah dilakukan, sekarang apa
yang ibu rasakan hari ini?
Pasien : Saya sering merasakan nyeri yang hilang timbul di payudara kiri saya
Perawat pelaksana 1 : Selain itu ada lagi bu?
Pasien : Kadang kepala saya pusing
Kepala tim : Sejak kapan ibu merasakan nyeri di payudara itu?
Pasien : Kalau nyeri sih, kurang lebih sudah 2 minggu. Tapi kira-kira sejak
3 bulan yang lalu ketika meraba payudara yang sebelah kiri, saya
merasa ada benjolan namun di payudara sebelah kanan saya tidak
menemukan benjolan tersebut. Dulu benjolan tersebut tidak tersa
nyeri. Sehingga saya menganggap itu sesuatu yang wajar.
Perawat pelaksana 2 : Seperti apa benjolan di payudara ibu?
Pasien : Benjolannya tidak teratur sus, lalu kulit payudara saya tampak
berwarna merah, bersisik dan terasa tebal. Dan terkadang
mengeluarkan sedikit cairan berwarna putih
Perawat pelaksana 2 : Biasanya kapan nyeri itu timbul bu?
Pasien : Ketika bangun tidur, terkena benda-benda tumpul, ketika bonceng
motor di jalan yang terjal sus.
Perawat pelaksana 1 :Apakah nyeri yang Ibu rasakan hanya di payudara sebelah kiri saja?
Pasien : Iya pak, tapi terkadang rasanya sakit banget pak. Sampai kedalam
dalam.
Perawat pelaksana 2 : Nyerinya seperti apa bu, apakah seperti di tusuk-tusuk, disayat, atau
perih?
Pasien : Saya merasa seperti di tusuk-tusuk sih pak.
Kepala tim : Biasanya nyeri itu akan hilang setelah berapa lama bu?
Pasien : Biasa nya kira-kira sekitar 15 menit pak, lalu nyeri itu secara perlahan
akan hilang dengan sendirinya.
Kepala tim : Dari gambar ini, manakah yang menunjukkan intensitas nyeri yang
ibu rasakan? (Sambil menunjukkan gambar skala wajah 1-10)
Pasien : Yang nomer 6 pak.
Kepala Tim : Berdasarkan keluhan-keluhan Ibu tadi, sebaiknya Ibu melakukan tes
mamogram dulu di laboratorium, nanti saya akan hubungi dokter
terlebih dahulu untuk memberikan surat pengantar kepada ibu.
Pasien : Baiklah kalau begitu pak
Kepala tim : Apakah ibu masih ada yang ingin dibantu?
Pasien : Tidak pak terimakasih
Kepala tim : Baiklah kalau tidak ada, kami permisi dulu. Kalau ada yang di
perlukan hubungi kami stasiun perawat. (Berbicara kepada pasien dan
keluarga pasien).
