to ducting which is nominally at atmospheric pressure, and drains systems in intermittent service, should be
limited to 427°C.
5. Flangolets are normally taken from the next higher piping classification so the associated stainless steel
thermowell or instrument flange does not derate the main system.
6. The inclusion of a particular size shall not be taken as implying that the size may be used without EPMI approval.
7. Threaded components are not permitted in hydrocarbon service except for threadolets for use as temporary

3. The pressure/temperature range shall be further limited as applicable by any soft seats/seals in valves.
4. Flangolets are normally taken from the next higher piping classification so the associated stainless steel
thermowell or instrument flange does not derate the main system.
5. The inclusion of a particular size shall not be taken as implying that the size may be used without EPMI approval.
6. The only threaded connections permitted are threadolets for temporary hydrotest vents/drains and caps.
