 Responsible for entire gamut of recruitment process from understanding the requisition needs,
sourcing, screening, arranging Technical & Management panels for scheduling interviews,
ensuring the fitment of the selected candidates within the budget, getting the necessary
approvals in case of any exceptional cases and on boarding hired candidates.
