MY ETHICAL BELIEF STATEMENY BY: MS. DIYA A. BLANCHARD


I am an innovative servant leader with a growth mindset that fosters creativity who believes in
people being our most valuable asset and empowering them with the tools needed to be
successful.
Innovative
My goal is to introduce new ideas while promoting original and creative thinking. I belief in
thinking out side of the box! There is always room for improvement. Having a positive outlook
with a can-do attitude is often necessary to promote productivity. It takes fresh perspective to
move ahead! My confidence in students and staff unique abilities will allow us to create synergy
among the parts to offer an atmosphere conducive for teaching and learning.
Servant
My recognition of service as the cornerstone of education is paramount. Leadership requires
being of service to the community. Managing the delicate balance of keeping order will
providing excellent customer service to your internal/external clients in the job! Developing a
cohesive bond with your parents, students, staff and community will providing an exemplary
educational experience for our scholars.
Growth
Having a growth mindset is required when making changes within any organization. Focusing
on academics, behavior, attendance and standardized test scores has to begin with the belief
that positive change can and will occur. Moving the needle in the right direction happens when
educators partner with community being empowered with informational strategies with a clear
directive.
Creativity
My vision includes every individual having an opportunity to shine. I’m fulling aware that each
of us has been equipped with unique skills, talents and abilities. My aim is to nurture your
treasures while allow them to grow to their fullest potential. My pledge is to provide
opportunities to foster my team and student body’s excellence. Using artistry, innovation and
resourcefulness will allow everyone an opportunity to shine individually as well as collectively.
Empowerment
Delegation is essential to the success of any thriving team. No one of us is more powerful than
all of us. Also, there is no I in team. Embracing vocabulary such as we, our and us will ensure
that our staff and pupils understand that I believe in them and offer opportunities for growth
and development. Collectively, together we will work proactivity toward our bright future.
A principal is charged with the responsibility to coach, mentor and develop their students and
staff while holding up the banner excellence! I fully accept this responsibility, knowing all that it
