WHO AM I?

I am not my name
I am not my gender
I am not my country, race or caste
Whoo... am I?

I am not my body
Nor I am my thoughts and feelings
Thoughts and feelings swirling, twirling and whirling
Forming endless eddies, vortices and whirlpools
Around what I want, what I need, what I like

Round and round, merry- go- round

This is no fun ride on a jolly carousel
Who, thenn.. am I?

Dizzy, tired, struggling in pain

This is not me, it could not be who I am
The soul cries, yearns, calls out
To connect with the ONE who I am
Still in darkness, path seems long and winding
Get up, fetch some light and go on
Eliminate, terminate and illuminate; seems to be the mantra
Another year, another eon, who knows!
Who am I? continues...
