Chakra tapping

This is a course of its own, so for this purpose we are just going to explain briefly how this works. Chakra
tapping, is a mixture of chakra work and Eft or meridian tapping to help further clear blockages in the
chakras.

The simplest way to activate each chakra is to simply hold your hand over the area of that chakra and
gently tap on that point. E.g. holding you hand just above the genital area you lightly tap for the root
chakra (as a side note, some people are uncomfortable due to the location of this chakra so if this
bothers you, you can lightly tap at the very base of your spine). The sacral chakra would be tapping
lightly approximately 2 inches below the belly button and so on. You need to tap on each chakra 2 to 3
times, whilst doing so you should visualise the colour of that particular chakra and chant the seed
syllable that corresponds to that chakra. So for example, I would tap lightly at the very base of my spine
3 times, whilst visualising the colour red and chanting LAM 3 times.

For quick reference:

Root chakra - colour red - seed syllable LAM

Sacral chakra - colour orange - seed syllable VAN

Solar plexus chakra - colour yellow - seed syllable RAM

Heart chakra - colour green - seed syllable YAM

Throat chakra - colour blue - seed syllable HAM

Third eye chakra - colour indigo - seed syllable OM

Crown chakra - colour violet - sit in silence for a few seconds for this chakra
This will be enough to awaken the chakras and their energy. You can do it as many times as you feel
called to throughout the day but normally once or twice is sufficient unless you have a lot going on in
your life at that time. I tend to do this upon awakening, so you get into the routine of it and it becomes
second nature.

You can then use a script to clear any imbalances or blockages in the chakra system and tap on all the
EFT points. I don't know if you do EFT or not, but the points I use are the Karate chop, eyebrow, side of
eye, under the eye, under the nose, chin point, collar bone, under the arm and top of the head (just like
in the tapfirmation videos).

An example script:

KC - Even though there may be blockages in my chakra system, I choose to love and accept myself
anyway.

Eyebrow - I intend to clear any blockages there may be in my chakra system.

Side of eye - I intend to clear all blockages that may be in my chakra system.

Under the eye - I intend to clear all blockages held in my chakra system.

Under the nose - Why are my chakras all in perfect harmony?

Chin point - Why is my energy system in complete balance and the energy flowing freely?

Collar bone - I believe that with a healthy and balanced chakra system, my life will get better.

Under the arm - I have healthy and vibrant chakras.

Top of head - I know that my chakras are now clear and in a perfect state of balance, and so it is.

Take a deep breath and assess how that feels. If you feel you need to do more than one round just
continue. You can modify the wording to whatever resonates more with you.

From here you can go a lot deeper into each chakra, for example the root chakra you can tap on
financial issues which are the psychological issues or on the physical issues associated with this
particular chakra like joint pain or back pain. But I am not going to get that specific here as I have said
that is a whole other course on its own. I think you have the basics here to work from.
