TITLE OF THE PROJECT: Sales and Inventory System

OBJECTIVE AND INTRODUCTION:

A sales and inventory system is a software-based business solution used to simultaneously
track sales activity and inventory. Manufacturers and trade resellers can both benefit from a
thorough solution, where a single transaction entry records necessary details on the customer,
products purchased, price and date while also updating inventory levels.

PRESENT AND PROPOSED SYSTEM:

The existing system is limited with few modules and not easy to access for the novice users;
our proposed system provides insights of every clubs, committees and facilities details with
updated information. To mention a few are Sports, Canteen, and Library and so on.

INPUT: Registration and Updation and View of various modules by aspiring

students, parents, faculty and admin.

Functionalities of Modules:

Admin can perform the following operations:

 Addition of course, canteen menu, sports schedules, library books

 Updating the facilities
 Processing admission request
 Preparation of summary
Faculty / Visitor have the following privileges:
 Obtaining membership
 Navigating the facilities gallery
 Feedback on available facilities
 Viewing clubs and committees
 Changing password
