Report: Mr. Elemer Olayon (Area Manager Manila Area)

Monthly Report for the Month of May 2019
Need to increase the share sale of Kawasaki, Vespa, Royal Enfield and Suzuki as
most of the branches are selling Yamaha brand.
Push the branch to have also big bike sale thru Future Trust Financing
Have monthly branch events to increase the application per branch
Increase of posting on multimedia account to invite more clients

Minutes of meeting with AM and VP
Every branch events should be monitor check all the expenses by the AM, GM and
VP and make a post event report with application and release.
Maximizing of manpower that and only replacement is allowed Monitoring of all
aging MC aging unit per branch and brand
It was discuss to all branch manager regarding the aging unit per branch will be
monitor every end of the month as all agree that all branches with aging unit will
have 1.5% for the total amount of inventory base on their the total excess of
motorcycle unit per branch and it will be deducted on their branch incentive
every 15 of the month.

application
Continues fyering of leaflets and dissemination in the assigned area

Increase of the sales versus last month
Planning of display in the market
Commitment to sell more business type of motorcycle (Kawasaki Barako)
Commitment to sell big bike this month
Increase the awareness that there is Motorcyclecity branch in Tanay and nearby
area by distribution of leaflets

Increase of Future Trust application
Motivate the sales staff to convert their cash customer into installment
Communicate with the TODA member for Kawasaki sell out
Request for additional Sales consultant

Request for additional 2 sales consultants for MC Cubao

Total 24 units sell out for the first month and committed to increase the sales this
month
Request for Air conditioner, chairs, office supplies and past approval of budget.
