The Global Debt Facility is a trust, also referred to as TVM-LSM-666, that was duly
signed on August 11, 1950 pursuant to the Bilateral Minesfield Breakthrough Successor

The Global Debt Facility is administered by the Board of Governors and Development
Committee of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund in order to create a
world cooperative to administer that wealth at the end of WWII. Truman and
Eisenhower signed for the United States.
You refer to the International Court of Justice. The Global Debt Facility is administered
without court order. The CIA's previous attempts to involve the ICJ failed.

jurisdiction and nullified their previous attempt to steal the world's gold. These documents

After a bit of searching I found out why Leo refers to "GOLD OF OPHIR". The
Catholic Encyclopedia says that Ophir was a country in the ancient world that
was rich in precious metals and other resources. It is mentioned several times
in the Old Testament, and was supposedly the site of King Solomon’s
Mines. The exact location of Ophir is unclear.
