Terms & Conditions

1. Fuel expense / Maintenance of vehicle to be paid off by Trust Ctc

2. Bus has Maximum Capacity of 29 passengers Plus Driver (including folding seats).
3. Transport shall be provided from SUNDAY to THURSDAY (FIVE working days basis only).
4. School Pickup or drop off timing shall be advised by client.
5. Above rates are quoted based on Yearly Contract (2019-20 School Academic Year).
6. No REGISTRATION charges to be paid during 2019-20 for school bus.
7. Trust Ctc shall not offer any discount during short or long school breaks. No payments during School long
vacation during July & August each year.
8. Trust ctc shall not be responsible for any delay due to poor weather conditions / road blocks / traffic jams or
Any other unexpected genuine reason which are not in control of driver.
9. Monthly transport charges includes after school club activities.
10. Trust Ctc strongly advise all passenger to fasten seat belt while traveling and shall not be responsible for any
Injury caused due to sudden brakes (if passenger not fastening seat belts). Any insurance claim shall not be
entertain by Trust Ctc in case any passenger do not follow safety instructions in moving vehicle.
11. In case of any internal / external damage to the vehicle caused by passengers, it shall be repaired at Client’s
cost.
12. Vehicle shall be supplied within a Month time after acceptance & confirmation of this quotation by client.
13. Vehicle agreement cannot be terminated once signed by both parties in any condition.
14. Client shall pay 100% Payment as CASH Advance, current bank cheque 1st of Each Month. Client shall provide
proof of Bank Transfer if any.
15. Trust Ctc do not offer any credit facilities to any client.
16. *Monthly / Daily Contract rates are subject to change according to increase in fuel cost per liter as & when
declared officially by local authorities.
17. Trust Ctc reserve the right to discontinue the vehicle / contract in case non-payment by the client as per
clause No. 14 of this contract.
18. Trust Ctc do not guarantee of supply of vehicle or any other changes in contract by providing any verbal
Information by the client or its representative.
19. Client shall not have any right to sub-contract the vehicle supplied by Trust CtC to any other contractor or its
client without notification to Trust Ctc. Trust Ctc reserves the right to cancel or revise contract rates in such
conditions.
20. Client shall not allow more passengers than the total seating capacity of the bus for the safety of passengers.
21. Trust Ctc & Client shall immediately signed written contract upon written acceptance of this quotation
including terms & condition.
