PortalVia, Inc. (PV) has been issued patent protection for its wireless Triple Play
convergent services and infrastructure. PV’s patented technology lays the
framework for true 5G wireless triple play products. The T3iple Play combines ultra
high speed internet, phone and TV into 1 system delivered at ultra high rates
directly to the end user. The patented is based upon the IEEE 802.1x standards.

Project description
PortalVia, Inc. will collocate in El Segundo, CA. PV will use this facility to cross-
connect to peering points by established relations with Equinix. These relations will
provide PV with connectivity to the rest of the world.

Capacity across PV’s core network will evolve to 100Gbps. PV will start out with a
10G/40G peering cross-connection and redistribute multiplexed data (voice, internet
and media programming) via wireless transport to POPs (points-of-presence).

PV’s patented technology utilizes proprietary methods of distribution (MODS) to

achieve the triple play. PV’s technology encompasses installing wireless
transceivers upon elevated platforms for the purposes of line of sight or (NLOS)
near line of sight RF (radio frequency) data transport. Henceforth, the name,
PortalVia. The transport of data, via wireless. The portal part refers to a central
location for which a consumer may consume the entertainment of the T3iple Play!!!

• Legal representation
• Branding/Marketing/Labeling
• Sponsors
• Loan guarantees
• Equity financing

PV requests any vendors of the abovementioned products and/or services contact

us to discuss potential partnering and/or purchase of component products for our
infrastructure deployment. PV is additional seeking to establish net favorable terms
