姓/Surname: BILAL
名/First name: HAZRAT
Educational Background:
I have completed my undergraduate studies in BSc Electrical Engineering (Power) from
Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Engineering & Technology, Peshawar, Khyber
PakhtunKhwa, Pakistan, in December 2016. The major subjects include in my curriculum was
Electronics Circuit, Circuit analysis, Communication and Signal Processing, Control system, Power
system protection, Power transmission and distribution, Power electronics, High voltage
engineering, Electrical machines etc. I have got 1st division during my BS degree. I was an active
somehow tolerant student among others during my undergraduate studies, very often involved
in many curricular and co-curricular activities. I did my final year thesis project on “Immediate
faultdetection andquickresponsein power distribution system”. The mainaimofthe projectis
toinformthe maintenance teamabout the exact location of the distribution transformer whose
fuse blows due to overloading or any other fault. The address is announced to the maintenance
team via 3G SMS service. Detection circuit examines the concerned distribution transformer
continuously and if the fuse is detected to be blown then ARDUINO (microcontroller) gets a
triggering signal. The arduino sends a specific code in SMS trough a sending 3G module which is
interfaced serially at the transformer site. Also LCD is interfaced with ARDUINO showing status
of input to it. The SMS is sent to a receiving 3Gmodule and mobile set at the maintenance staff
and on user end software installed in control room. Receiving 3G module is interfaced to a
computer to serial port.
When the message is received by the user end software, a corresponding sound is played in loud
volume to announce the address of the concerned transformer to the operating personnel. After
hearing the announcement, the maintenance team is sent to replace the fuse. The
announcement is repeated after a short interval as long as the fuse is found blown. The
announcement stops when the fuse is replaced by the workers or can be switched off manually.
This systemscans the transformer for a blown fuse 24 hour a dayautomatically. Thesystemis
reliable, economical and simple
Personal Awards:
Awarded with a Laptop from Prime Minister of Pakistan.
Fully funded Final year project by IEEE, Pakistan.
Work Experience:
From Feb 2017 to Nov 2018. I joined UET Peshawar as a Lab Engineer.
During this period I Worked in Power generation department, Power distribution department
where Iunderstood wholephenomena ofhowto distribute power tospecificareaof aregion.
Moreover, I also worked as trainee engineer in installation of UFONE communication booster.
My Personality:
Byfact, I am socially active person with friendlynature, agood communicator indeed
whois blessed with many friends. I keep a keen view to the reality of life thus
