My spiritual pathway began in the 1970’s, I bought a book about Cartomancy (playing cards),
how to interpret playing cards for fortune telling.
I became intrigued and started practicing on friends and family.
I became more passionate reading books attending seminars workshops to enable me to
develop my natural gifts.
My professional career as a Clairvoyant Palm Tarot Reader began in 1986.
Through out my years as a professional reader I have continued to develop myself which
will be a life time commitment.
I started teaching Tarot and Spiritual Development in 1995, I have and continue to teach
individuals, small groups, retreats also online. So wherever you are in the world we can
connect via Internet or face to face.
Around 7 years ago I became interested in hypnosis and trained as a hypnotherapist, my aim
in this is to help my clients via hypnosis to be more tuned into innate spiritual gifts to
enhance spiritual development.
Since the 1970’s I have been aware and used creative visualisation, which is now known as
the Law of Attraction for enhancing all areas of my life. Most of the time I have a positive
mindset, I am human and I have my moments where I can become negative. This has now
lead me on to studying a masters degree in Positive Psychology. I am fascinated by the brain
and how the brain can be rewired by maintaining a positive mindset. Also this has lead me to
the practice of mindfulness.
INTRODUCTION
This e-book is exclusively for analysing & understanding relationships, you do not need any
experience of tarot cards. If you do not have a set of Tarot Cards, I recommend a deck from
The Rider Waite which is available through the Amazon website.
No matter your age or whether you are single male or female, you can meet someone and
wonder if this will be the one?
As you are curious, often you will book a reading with a psychic to find out if this is a
potential relationship with a long distance future?
So here is your answer, my e-book will enable you to interpret the cards for yourself or your
friends.
Some of the questions that come to my mind when you meet someone new:
Am I wasting my time?
Is the relationship going to last?
What do they think about me?
Is this my soul mate?
The answers are within you. You yourself will have your own questions and it is worth while
writing your questions down on paper to help you focus and clarify information you are
looking for in your reading.
I hope you enjoy this book and hopefully have some fun and realise how useful Tarot Cards
can be.
My humble request is that you acknowledge me as the writer of this material if you are
reproducing this information.
Here we go…
My belief is they are my cards. I allow my clients to handle my cards. Once the reading is
over, I will reshuffle the cards to put my energy back into the cards.
This to a small extent is acceptable as this about storing your cards and keeping your
deck safe so that you do not lose them. Black silk also protects your cards from negative
energy. Also a bag can be used. The problem of storing the cards in the original boxes is
that they disintegrate with use.
So the choice is yours to go out and buy the cards which talk to you and decide what
kind of storage you would like to use for your cards.
I am not covering any history of tarot cards as this information is freely available. This
E-book is purely tarot interpretations for relationships.
CARD INTERPRETATION
The card interpretations are based on a traditional tarot deck. For example using the Rider-
Waite. This deck contains:
Wands
Cups
Swords
Pentacles
King
Queen
Knight
Page
The interpretation of the cards comes from my thirty years of experience of working as
clairvoyant tarot reader and teacher.
Major Arcarna 22 cards in roman numerals running from The Fool 0 – The world
XXI
Minor Arcarna broken down in 4 suits of 14 cards per suit.
Arcarna means mystery, Major Arcarna according to Jung represents ‘The Archetype,
that as humans, we have in common, we are born, we live and we die, but each of our
Journeys in life are individual. The Fool represents the number 0. It can appear anywhere
in between the numbers. The fool is our reincarnation, yet we can’t remember our past
lives, only in this life time we as individuals have our own unique journey and lessons.
This also ties up with the Akashic record of all human experience.
REPRESENTATION OF SUIT
Each of the suits represents 4 energies. If you are completely deficient of energy then as
humans we will die as we all need air, fire, water and earth to live.
COURT CARDS: These are very difficult to interpret as they can be related to people or an
aspect of a person’s personality, so you have to decide what it is.
Each court card has an assigned birth sign which is listed further down in this e-book.
According to me, one of the best books on Court cards description is Emily Peaches book
‘tarot Prediction’. I highly recommended reading it as it is very well written.
Also the court cards can be either male or female I have kept this as an aspect of personality
rather than a person. Then a separate list of hair & eye colour and features for each suit of
cards.
WANDS
SWORDS
You can add to your notes what career corresponds with the appropriate court card and what it represents.
The Pictorial Key to the Tarot Arthur Edward Waite’s book often will describe careers that correspond to
the court cards. For example, King of Swords related to a Soldier.
TIME SCALES
There are several different ways that you can interpret time scales. What I have mentioned
below are my ideas on time scales.
You can use numerology: basically any number can represent a time scale.
NUMEROLOGY TABLE
Example: The Hierophant is in the spread so you can relate the card to a time scale. In the
month of May, you’ll find that your girlfriend is cold towards you emotionally and it’s a
month where your relationship is strained and you’ll not be Seeing Eye to Eye. Then the
next Major card is the Death card so you can say by Novemember the situation will be
resolved.
CARD MONTH
THE EMPEROR ARIES MARCH/APRIL
THE HEIROPHANT TAURUS APRIL/ MAY
THE LOVERS GEMINI
THE CHARIOT CANCER
STRENGTH LEO
THE HERMIT VIRGO
JUSTICE LIBRA
DEATH SCORPIO
TEMPERANCE SAGITTARIUS
THE DEVIL CAPRICORN
THE STAR AQUARIUS
THE MOON PISCES
CARD SEASON
ACE OF WANDS SPRING
ACE OF CUPS SUMMER
ACE OF SWORDS AUTUMN
ACE OF PENTACLES WINTER
Also the Knights show movement; so an example if your client asks a question: Will my
boyfriend & I buy a house together and the Knight of Pentacles appears is in the spread, so
basically it indicates that this isn’t going to happen as this card signifies no movement. So
you need to advise your client I can’t see this happening in the next year.
In reality, you can use any spread and change the positions and rename them accordingly for
what you are looking for. This is what I have done to The Horse Shoe Spread. You can also
devise your own spread. Often this is ideal because it means something to you as an
individual. I always like to start with The Celtic Cross as it is a good opening spread and then
move on to what the querent wants to inquire about. Sometimes, there isn’t an answer, so
you will need to revisit and rearrange the question. Often people will roll 3 questions into a
sentence so as a reader you need to work with your client to answer the questions
appropriately and also sensitively. I remember years ago a friend said to me tell me the truth
which I did then she didn’t like it. So you need to err on caution as people are sensitive and
can take what you say literally.
Lay the cards out in the above horse shoe spread, face down
1. turn over card 1
2. turn over card 7
3. turn over card 2
4. turn over card 6
5. turn over card 3
6. turn over card 5
7. turn over card 4
It may appear that a card appears to be unclear example in the obstacle position you
turn over the 2 of Swords and you feel you need more information just add another
card to clarify the situation you can do this with any of the cards.
Is a very useful spread and gives a good overview of events in a persons future
love life
3. CHOOSING A SIGNIFICATOR.
This card represents the querent and should be chosen form the court card depending on
the person’s birth sign below you’ll find a list. The S card is where you place the appropriate
court card
This may be something that the querent doesn’t see and gives insight how to achieve
what the querent is attempting to achieve.
Influences on the relationship or question from present relationship that the querent
needs to take into account for this reading.
These will be the things that the querent will want to look out for.
This is the effect that the significator (the querent) has on the relationship.
These are things that the querent maybe fears will happen or hopes will happen with
the relationship.
EXAMPLE
NAME JOHN
DATE 29/10/07
QUESTION:
I met jenny at a night club does this relationship have any potential?
SPREAD USED
CARD LAYOUT

2. EIGHT OF WANDS
3. SIX OF SWORDS
4. FIVE OF PENTACLES
5. THE HIEROPHANT
6. SIX OF CUPS
7. THE PAGE OF WANDS
The first thing, I’ve noted was that the cards are quite evenly balanced in relationship to suits
and also one major card, so I know this is a logical person not an emotional person. Who
will accept sometimes you meet someone and it has potential or no potential into developing
into a relationship.
The Emperor: signifies to me that John had given off the impression he’s a decent bloke,
but I feel he needs to be patient not to rush into things as the fire energy of this card can
make a person impatient and associated with the astrological sign of Aries.
The Eight of Wands: always signifies swift action so the only way john will find out is by
ringing Jenny and asking her out.
The Page of Wands: Jenny is interested in John; she is a lively young lady who also like him
is impatient.
Six of Cups: that if he asked Jenny out she would accept and meeting up.
The Six of Swords: this feels like to me John actually needs to contact Jenny otherwise the
relationship will just slip away. If this is really what he wants?
The Hierophant: this could develop into a relationship if John moves into the position of
contacting Jenny.
The Five of Pentacles: comes out as the outcome this feels like I need to put another card
on top to clarify the outcome.
King of Swords: Fives in tarot always show difficulties usually five of pentacles represent
financial problems, so the king of swords gives me further information which I then can link
back to the six of swords. The problem is that John fears rejection hence he is hesitating in
contacting Jenny.
The other cards give the indication of a favorable outcome and he needs to take the risk of
phoning her and asking her out, the feeling I get from the cards she is interested in him so
she would say yes. So I need to reassure my client to take a risk, otherwise the opportunity
will slip through his fingers.
WORD OF ADVICE
A reading is generally a maximum of one year, that everyone has free will and a
reading is for guidance only.
In my experience, you will get someone who will literally take a reading as gospel!!
They will ring you up and want readings weekly. I am ethical I make it clear I will
not do another reading for around 3 - 6 months as you have to let things unfold and
happen.
You can just print off these work sheets. I suggest you use a new sheet of paper for
each reading so that you can put as much detail as possible on.
