ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Guidelines
2. All poster and oral presentation abstracts must be submitted by completing the RCEUC 2019 Abstract
Submission Form in Microsoft word (.doc and .docx) format and email to contact.rceuc@gmail.com by
10th of June 2019, 23:59 (UTC +8).
3. Email subject should state “(Poster/Oral) Abstract Submission - Full Name of Participant - (Name
of University/Institution)”. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
4. All abstracts must not exceed 300 words and must contain Title, Background, Introduction,
Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusion.
6. Abstract must be written in complete sentences using past tense, active verbs and in third person.
Abbreviation should be avoided.
9. An abstract template is available in the Abstract Submission Form. Please strictly adhere to the
required format.
10. Each individual can only submit and present one abstract entry, but participation as a co-author in
other papers is permissible. The name of presenting author should be underlined.
11. Abstract acceptance notifications will be emailed on or before 15th of June 2019. Students are
advised to check your email regularly after your submission. If you have not received your notification
of acceptance by 15th of June 2019, please contact us by e-mail at contact.rceuc@gmail.com
