youth to advocate and implement leadership and good governance in their

As the Sangguniang Kabataan in the City of San Fernando we are pleased to

inform you that we will be having a TSINELAS LEADERSHIP TRAINING PROGRAM
for the Student Body Organization Officers and Officials in LaUnion to be
conducted by the Jesse M. Robredo Foundation on Friday, October 19, 2018,
from 8: 00 am to 5:00 pm, at the Cong. Eufranio “Franny” C. Eriguel Hall, 3rd
Basement, Speaker Pro Tempore Francisco I. Ortega Provincial Legislative
Building and Session Hall, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union.

With this, may we humbly solicit from your good office 10 tokens consisting of La
Union products for the Speakers and trainers, and it would also be an honor to
hear a few words of inspiration from your honor to impart to the participants.

24 & 25, 2019 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for the Public Speaking and Leadership
