IRR 1.0 BACKGROUND
IRR 1.1 The National Infographics Competition happens as an avenue for
members to showcase their talent and skills in digital arts.

IRR 2.0 OBJECTIVES


IRR 2.1 To promote awareness about NFJPIA and its projects to the members
nationwide
IRR 2.2 To provide an avenue for members to unleash their creativity through
digital arts
IRR 2.3 To promote interaction among the members nationwide and
increase the organization’s circle of acquaintances

IRR 3.0 GENERAL GUIDELINES


IRR 3.1 Qualifications
IRR 3.1.1 The competition is open to all Regional Councils and
Local Chapters who are bona fide members of the
National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of
Accountants F.Y. 2019-2020 to cater the early release
of the packet.
IRR 3.1.2 Regional Council is allowed to send one (1) entry that
must be submitted by the Regional Vice President for
Graphics and Publication or its equivalent.
IRR 3.1.3 Local Chapter is allowed to send one (1) entry that must
be submitted by the Vice President for Media or its
equivalent.
IRR 3.1.4 In case that the Regional Council or Local Chapter has
no Vice President for Media or its equivalent, any
officer acting in behalf and/or performing the same
responsibilities of such position shall be allowed to
submit an entry.

IRR 3.2 General Contest Rules and Mechanics


IRR 1.3.2.1 The participants should download the packet. The packet
includes the following files:
a. IRR of the Infographics Competition 2019;
b. NFJPIA Official Logo (Latest);
c. NFJPIA Selante Logo; and
d. A word document containing the information of the NVP
Communications, 6 Point Agenda and its definition, and the
definition of the Selante.
IRR 3.2.2 Entries should reflect the participating Regional
Council’s or Local Chapter’s own theme, principles and
batch name (if any).
IRR 3.2.3 All entries should include the following:
a. Official logo of NFJPIA;
b. Official batch logo (Selante);
c. The information of the National Vice President
for Communications of their cluster (VP
Communications Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao and
NCR);
d. Information about NFJPIA;
e. The Federation’s 6 Point Agenda and it’s
definitions;
f. Information about their Regional Council
(batch name, principles and etc.); and
g. For Local Chapters, the Infographic must
include the Regional Council Information, Local
Chapter Information, their official logo and the
information of their local chapter president.
Format
IRR 3.2.4
a. Poster Size: 11 inches by 17 inches with 200 dpi
b. File format: .png; and
c. All entries should be sent to
nvpgraphpub.nfjpia1920@gmail.com and cc to
nvpgraphpub.entries1920@gmail.com and the
subject format should be:
• Regional Councils: [Region] Nat’l
Infographic Competition
Example: NCR Nat’l Infographic

• Local Chapters: [Local Chapter] Nat’l

Example: FEU-Makati Nat’l
Infographic Competition
IRR 3.2.5 The Infographic Contest will run from July 30, 2019 to
August 20, 2019.
IRR 3.2.6 The deadline of the submission will strictly be on
August 10, 2019 with no accommodation for requests
regarding extensions. All entries will be shared on the
official NFJPIA Facebook page together with the link
where the members can cast their votes. Casting of
votes on Facebook will start on August 11, 2019 until
August 20, 2019 at 11:59PM.
IRR 3.2.7 The Panel of Judges shall be composed of the
following:
a. NFJPIA President
b. NFJPIA Vice President for Graphics and Publication
c. National Standing Committee on Graphics and Publication

IRR 3.2.8 Judging Rubric:

Content and Relevance 35%

Visual Impact and Quality 35%

Facebook Love 30%

Total 100%

IRR 3.3 The Infographics entry that will garner the highest points shall be
awarded as the winner of the National Infographics
Competition 2019 and shall receive a certificate and a plaque
from NFJPIA. The 1st runner-up and 2nd runner-up shall receive
certificates and will be recognized during the 22nd National
Mid-Year Convention.
IRR 4.0 VIOLATIONS AND SANCTIONS GUIDELINES
IRR 4.1 The above-mentioned portfolio is intended for NFJPIA and
related persons information exchange only. The
organization’s executive officers shall maintain the relevance,
reliability and confidentiality, if deemed necessary, of these
files through the strict implementation of its rules and
regulations.
IRR 4.2 Violations of these general guidelines shall result to a
reprimand from the National Vice President for Graphics and
Publication.
IRR 4.3 Violations of these general guidelines shall result in:
1stOffense: Regional Council/Local Chapter will merit a
reprimand from the National Vice President for
Graphics and Publication.
2ndOffense: Disqualification

IRR 5.0 ENFORCEMENT OF THE IMPLEMENTING RULES AND


REGULATIONS
IRR 5.1 It shall be the primary duty of the National Vice President for
Graphics and Publication and the National Executive Officers to
effectively enforce the provisions of this Implementing Rules and
Regulations. The Executive Officers also has the sole right to interpret
the contents of this Implementing Rules & Regulations and their
decision will be binding and irrevocable.
IRR 5.2 The National Adviser or his duly designated representative shall act
as legal adviser to the National Vice President for Graphics and
Publication and the National Executive Officers and shall render legal
assistance as may be necessary in carrying out the provisions of this
Implementing Rules and Regulations.

IRR 6.0 AMENDMENTS OR REVISIONS


IRR 6.1 The National Executive Officers shall be vested with the exclusive
power to revise and amend the Implementing Rules and
Regulations.
IRR 6.2 Any amendments to or revisions to this Implementing Rules and
Regulations may be proposed by any member of any regional council
upon a written request of such member, stating the reasons thereto.

IRR 6.3 Any request for amendments and revisions as well as proposed
amendments must initially be reviewed by the National Vice
President for Graphics and Publication then to be forwarded to the
National Executive Officers for discussion, editing and final approval
and to be noted by the National Adviser.
IRR 6.4 The National Executive Officers shall have the right to debunk any
proposed revisions and amendments, submitted to them by the
National Vice President for Graphics and Publication, which are
deemed unnecessary. The final decision on any inclusions and
exclusions to this Implementing Rules and Regulations must be
determined by a majority vote of all National Executive Officers in
which the National Vice President for Graphics and Publication is
included.
IRR 6.5 Amendments to particular provisions in this Implementing Rules and
Regulations shall be allowed provided that such amendments will be
communicated to stakeholders at least two weeks before it could
take effect.

IRR 7.0 SEPARABILITY CLAUSE


IRR 7.1 If any clause, provision, paragraph or part of this Implementing Rules and
Regulations shall be declared unconstitutional or invalid, such
judgment shall not affect, invalidate, or impair any other part hereof,
but shall be merely confined to the clause, provision, paragraph or
part directly involved in the controversy in which such judgment has
been rendered.

IRR 8.0 REPEALING CLAUSE


IRR 8.1 Any rule and regulation or resolution or part/s thereof inconsistent with the
provisions of this Implementing Rules and Regulations are hereby
repealed or modified accordingly.
IRR 9.0 EFFECTIVITY
IRR 9.1 This Implementing Rules and Regulations shall take effect
immediately after its presentation and approval from the National
Executive Board.
