Tower of the Single Phase of the Project, situated on the Plot bearing C.N. No. /CTS No. /Survey
No.: - 815/1/2, Final Plot No: - 158/4/1, 158/4/2, of Division: - Vadodara, Village: - Bapod,

Taluka: - Vadodara, District: - Vadodara, PIN: - 390019, Admeasuring: - 6400.00 Sq.Mtrs.


Area being Developed Sharnam As per the Approved Plan.

1. Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner/Promoter: - (as applicable)


(i) M/s./Shri/Smt. Janki Creation as Engineer

(ii) M/s./Shri/Smt. Integral Design as Structural Consultant

(iii) M/s./Shri/Smt. Not Applicable as MEP Consultant

(iv) M/s./Shri/Smt. Vrajesh Rameshchandra Shah as Site Supervisor/Clerk of Work

Based on Site Inspection by Undersigned on 31/10/2018 Date and with Respect to each of the

Building/Wing or of the Plots as the case may be of the aforesaid Real Estate Project, I certify that as
on the date of this certificate, the Percentage of Work done for each of the building/Wing of the
Real Estate Project as registered Vide number
PR/GJ/VADODARA/VADODARA/Others/MAA03111/070718 under GujRERA is as
per table A herein below. The Percentage of the work Executed with respect to each of the activity of
the entire phase is detailed in Table A and B.
