• Fringe Benefits @ 33%, 35%,
37% on revised basic benefited
young officers as well as senior
officers.
• Implementation with
retrospective date from 01 May
2009 - Made it applicable from
the date of Presidential
Directive. 19 months arrears in
38 installments and 3 Months
arrears @ 37% , 35%, 33%.
• Conveyance Allowance -
Extended to all officers even
without having Car . No need of
producing RCBook, Driving
License etc.
• Medical Allowance and LTC -
Made it applicable to both Self
and Spouse.
• Introducing Professional
Development Allowane (PDA) -
Equivalent to conveyance for the
Officers using company bus
facility.
• Cafeteria Approach - Provision
for selecting as per individuals
choice . If selected % is less
than eligible % - Balance
Amount will be paid at the end
of the financial year .
• When your Basic changes with
annual increment - Fringe
Benefits Increases. When FB %
changes by Promotion - Higher
