Frequently Asked Questions: CBRE Annual Health Checkup (AHC) 2019

A. Who is eligible for the AHC and is there any charge for the same?

All active employees of CBRE are eligible for the AHC. As the slots are limited, it will be available on first
come, first serve basis. It is free of cost for all employees.

B. How to book the AHC?

❖ Steps to login the H3U App (For Existing users):

1. Please download "H3U: Smart HealthCare" app from Android play store & Apple Store or open the H3U App
if already downloaded.
2. Enter your Mobile No. and Email ID to register on H3U App and click on “Send OTP” button.
3. Enter the OTP as received on registered mobile no. and click on “Proceed” button to land up on App Home
page.
4. On the home page, you will find services banners i.e. Book a Health Checkup, Book a Discounted Health
Check-up package for family on swiping left to right and vice versa.
5. Choose the required service and enter your preferred appointment details for booking.
6. You will receive the final appointment confirmation before 48Hrs of the requested appointment date.
7. If there is unavailability of the slot at the provider side H3U team will connect for appointment rescheduling.
8. Blood sample would be collected from given address (i.e. Home or Office) on the scheduled date and time.
9. Reports will be shared with the employee on the email id provided while registration within 3 working days.

❖ Steps to login the H3U App (For New users):

1. Please download "H3U: Smart HealthCare" app from Android play store & Apple Store
2. Enter your Mobile No. and Email ID to register on H3U App and click on “Send OTP” button.
3. Enter the OTP as received on registered mobile no. and click on “Proceed” button
4. Enter your Name & Gender and Click on “Next” button
5. Click “Yes” on the pop-up tab to link to your corporate services
6. Enter your “CBRE PS Id” as Unique ID in the Pop-up tab to avail the services. After linking process completed
you will land up on H3U App home page.
7. On the home page, you will find services banners i.e. Book a Health Checkup, Book a Discounted Health
Check-up package for family on swiping left to right and vice versa.
8. Choose the required service and enter your preferred appointment details for booking.
9. You will receive the final appointment confirmation before 48Hrs of the requested appointment date.
10. If there is unavailability of the slot at the provider side H3U team will connect for appointment rescheduling.
11. Blood sample would be collected from given address (i.e. Home or Office) on the scheduled date and time.
12. Reports will be shared with the employee on the email id provided while registration within 3 working days.

C. Is there any set requirement for undergoing the Health Checkup?

A fasting of 8-10 hours is required for undergoing the tests. During fasting nothing should be consumed,
except water. Also inform the wellness partner at the time of tests if you are having a history of Diabetes or
Cardiac problem.
D. How to purchase and book ‘Discounted Health Checkups’ for Family Members ?

1. On the ‘H3U Smart Healthcare’ homepage, swipe from right to left for choosing ‘Discounted Health Checkup
Package’ for family member,
2. Check the available packages and Click on “Buy” to purchase the selected package.
3. Check the payment details and click on “PAY NOW” and follow the payment process to buy the selected
health check-up card.
4. After purchasing the card will be available for appointment booking under “Health Packages” option in MY
PLANS.
5. This card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
6. To book the appointment follow the below steps:
a. Go to “MY PLANS” option available at the bottom of the Home Screen and click on “Health
Packages” option.
b. Click on the purchased health check up card and then click on “BOOK AN APPOINTMENT”
c. Fill in the member details along with preferred appointment schedule and address for sample
collection.
d. Click on “BOOK” option and confirm the booking after checking the appointment details.
e. You will receive the final appointment confirmation before 48Hrs of the requested appointment
date.
f. If there is unavailability of the slot at the provider side H3U team will connect for appointment
rescheduling.
g. Blood sample would be collected from given address (i.e Home or Office) on the scheduled date and
time.
h. Reports will be shared with the employee on the email id provided while registration.
