3. Water Retentivity Test (Using Flow Table & AAC Block) as per IS-2250.
For zero loss of spread, time observed on flow table = 30 Minute (Observation: No loss observed at 30 Minutes)

(Using 495 gm of dry powder+ 28 % water applied for Jointing of two AAC Block of 650x150) = 170 Sq Ft.

Note:
1. For Quality Related Issue (if any), report batch number printed on Bag with consignment details.
2. Weight of Empty Bag= 65 gm @40 Kg Bag. Dispose the Empty bag after use and not use to fill other
material. Follow safety guidelines. Mixing: For 40 Kg thin bed jointing mortar Bag, add 10-12 Lit Water. Mix
for 3-5 Minutes by electrical Mixer. Then Allow Mortar to stand for 5 Minutes... Mix Again for 2-3 Minutes
and then apply @ 2-3 mm thickness. Surface wetting of blocks is required before application.
3. Use No hooks while loading/Unloading of Material. Do not Drag over Floor by holding stitching part of bag
to avoid torn of bags. Use wooden pallets to avoid moisture from floor.
4. Batch Number, Month and Year, MRP are written on each bag. For spreading Block Jointing Adhesive on
Blocks, Use Ascolite Notched Trowel of size 4”, 6” and 9” to get the desired bed thickness of 2-3 mm. Do
surface Wetting of Blocks before lay.
Use Mechanical Mixer for fast Mixing to get better results at site. Modified Polymers are added in Material
procured from reputed brands to get better water retentively, self-curing property, improved compressive strength
and tensile adhesion strength and good workability. Dry River Sand from Gujarat is graded and have negligible silt
content and free from deleterious materials. Maximum particle size of sand is 1 mm. Cement Used is ISI Marked
OPC 53 Grade from reputed Brands. .All Tests Conducted at Lab Temperature 27°C ± 2 °C and Standard Mixing
procedure (For better performance of material while in use, follow Application Guidelines).
