This presentation shall discuss the implementation and use of NSW Heath Standard Observation
Charts (SAGO) and account for 1 CBD points. All resources shall be provided to you on the day.

Please bring this letter with you on the day as attached contains your learner training session
evaluation form which you would be required to complete on the day.
