FUND and distribute their Products. ATUM CAPITAL PRIVATE LIMITED do hereby
accepts such terms, regulations, conditions and/or stipulations as laid down by DHFL
PRAMERICA MUTUAL FUND.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the following persons (Authorised Signatories) are hereby
authorised to do all such acts deeds and things necessary and to sign, execute and submit all such
documents as are in necessary in connection with distributing and connecting with DHFL
PRAMERICA MUTUAL FUND.

Incorporation & Business are provided herewith RESOLVED FURTHER THAT, the
resolution be communicated to DHFL PRAMERICA MUTUAL FUND and shall remain in
form until notice in writing of their withdrawal or cancellation is given to DHFL PRAMERICA
MUTUAL FUND by the Company under the signatures of any two of the existing
Directors/Officers and accepted by DBS Bank
