documents like inspection
reports, test data,
calibration data, and
certificates.

Services Packaging must be packaged so that

terminals do not contact
electrically conductive
material or other batteries
during shipment. Loosely
packaged batteries should
be placed in plastic bags, or
the battery terminals should
be covered with tape or
another non-conductive
material.

Material Handling
Instructions require certain
packages to display a
lithium battery handling
label
With restricted access to
crew into storage area
Experience Highly trained shippers and
Higher Quality of Service carriers must be included,
who have advanced storage
facilities.
