My client, Mr. Edgardo B. Garcia is the duly appointed atty-in-fact of

xxxxxxxxxxxxowner of Lot x Block x, Citadel Subdivision Brgy. Sta.Cruz, Antipolo
City and is therefore authorized to administer the said property.
It was relay to me that you are currently occupying the subject lot against their will and
that he had repeatedly demanded from you to vacate the above-stated premises , however
you refuse to heed such demand.
Hence,your outright occupancy of such lot without the consent of the owner is illegal and
subject to the filing of criminal or civil action against you
That being said , your immediate and faithful compliance with this notice will prevent
any further action against you.

Please be advised that you have two (2) weeks to vacate such premises from receipt of
this letter. Failure to do so will cause us to file the proper action against you with claim
for claim for damages and other litigation expenses.
