MOTION FOR RELEASE OF CASH BOND

COMES NOW, bondsman/movant for accused REYMAR GEDUCOS y

Ramirez alias “REY”, unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully manifests:

That on January 29, 2019, the Honorable Court has rendered a Decision
penalizing herein accused to suffer the penalty of straight penalty of
imprisonment of one (1) year and to pay a fine in the amount of ten thousand
pesos (Php10,000.00) in this case and in the other case docketed as Criminal
Case No. 18-24207;

That considering the above-mentioned Order, it is most respectfully

prayed of this Honorable Court that the cash bond in the amount of Twenty
Thousand Pesos (Php20,000.00) which was deposited before the RTC-OCC,
Batangas City under O.R. No. 9210984C dated September 10, 2018 to answer
for the temporary liberty of the accused REYMAR GEDUCOS y Ramirez alias
“REY” be ordered cancelled and released to the undersigned; and

That the cancellation and release of the aforementioned cash bond is

without prejudice to the detention of the accused by reason of Criminal Case
No. 18-24207.

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court that

this Motion be granted.
