1. Open run and type “lusrmgr.msc” to open Local Users
Manager window. Press Enter. 2. Sa Local Users and Groups Manager window, right click Users na nasa left side panel > New User. 3. Fill in the form and check “Users cannot change password” and “Password never expires”. Click Create. 4. Success! A new user is added. 5. To assign a new password ng user, right click sa username > Set Password… 6. Click Proceed to continue. 7. Enter the new password ng user. Click OK to save. 8. Success! The new password has been set. 9. Para maging member ng admin group ang user, right click sa username > Properties.. 10. By default, ang local user member ng Users group. Click Add button to make the user as member of Admin. 11. Enter “Administrators” and click Check Names. You may click “Advanced” para hanapin ang Admin group. 12. Success! Member na ng Admin group si local user. Click Apply and OK to save.
