ATTENTION: B.TECH-I & M.SC-I YEAR STUDENTS.

Hostel Admission and Allotment of the rooms to B.Tech-I & M.Sc-I Year Students
(Boys & Girls) is scheduled from 19th July, 2019 to 23rd July,2019 (Sunday Open)
as under:

Venue: Room No-102, New CRC complex, SVNIT, Surat

Time: 10:00 am to 1:00 pm & 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm

Following items/documents/testimonials are required to be submitted along

with the duly filled Hostel Admission Form:

1. Copy of B.Tech-I & M.Sc-I Year Admission Slip 2019-2020 by Reporting Centre
Incharge of SVNIT.
2. Photocopy of Institute Admission Fee Receipt issued by Account Section of
SVNIT.
3. Recent Four passport size colour photographs.
4. Photocopy of Address proof (Aadhar Card, Voter ID Card, Passport)
5. Duly filled forms as per Annexure-I & II available on institute website.
6. Details of Demand Draft:

2. DD of Rs.Rs.12,700/-on the name of “Hostel Admission
Single Seated
Fee A/c” payable at Surat.
* For boys double seated accommodation will be provided as per the availability.
For boys single seated is not available.
** For girls double seated will be provided, if desired. Following are details of DD
for double seated:
1. DD of Rs. 22,300/- on the name of “Chief Warden, Mother Teresa Bhavan”,
payable at Surat.
2. DD of Rs.Rs.8900/-on the name of “Hostel Admission Fee A/c”, payable at
Surat.
