OBJECTIVES:

1 To carry on the business of providing consulting or outsourcing services for all

processes, sub Processes, transactions, activities and all other work performed by
business in various industries within India and across the world. This includes those
process or sub processes that are enabled by information technology. It also
includes data, voice or video collection and processing, call centre services including
in bound and out bound calling services of all kinds, technical support, managed
data centre, managed technical centre, training centre, web support back office,
business or financial analysis, scientific analysis, research work and analysis,
storage, disaster recovery, accounting, payroll, inventory management, customer
relationship management, enterprises resources planning and to develop software,
provide Business consultancy, software solution, digital marketing solutions and
services that are normally offered by the outsourcing business and information
technology services providers, the software development houses and application
services providers.

2 To setup and operate an institute or using online platform to provide in India and
abroad a complete range of training courses with an aim to provide global standard
training under one roof to get a job or deal with global opportunities and also to carry
on the business of providing manpower placement, consultancy and recruiting,
selecting, Interviewing, training and employing candidates who possesses
knowledge or skills to place them with the available opportunities with individuals,
bodies, corporate, societies, undertakings, institutions, associations, government,
local authorities etc. and to conduct employment bureau and to provide consultancy
and other services in connection with requirements of persons and manpower supply
in India and abroad and also enter into joint venture, or collaborate with accredited
educational institutions in India and abroad to provide educational facilities and also
providing infrastructure assistance to such accredited educational institution and
other learning support

3 Undertake, handle and carry on business in India and abroad connected with events
for different corporate, companies or individuals which includes organizing and
managing of events, government & private events, road shows including financial
market, expositions, seminars, fashion shows, concerts, lavish parties,
conferences, corporate family carnival, brand launches, brand promotion and
management, cultural events & celebrity management, award nights, entertainment
shows, live music shows, exhibitions, star nights, Event management shows, fashion
shows, organizing fairs, expositions, meets, product launches, concerts, gala
dinners, weddings, pandals, religious events, government, college and school
festivals, theme parties, Online promotion of events, concerts, live shows, parties
and sale of tickets or simply bookings & reservations

4 To carry on the business as consultant in India and abroad for providing Jobs,
Education Services, Abroad Study Visas / Immigration Services, Visiting Visas /
Work Permit Visas, Tourism Consulting services, Air, Bus & Railway Tickets
booking services, package tour operators, Lodging / boarding services, daily
 passenger service operators, tour operators, travel agents, ship booking agents,
railway ticket booking agents, airlines ticket booking agents, carrier service agents,
courier service agents running of taxies, buses, mini buses, trucks and conveyances
of all kinds and to transport passengers, goods, commodities, merchandise and to
do the business of transporters, forwarding and transporting agents, package
handlers and carting.

5 To Purchase of any land, plot(s) of Land or immovable Property or any or interest

therein either singly or jointly or in partnership with any other person or body
corporate or partnership firm and to develop and construct thereon residential,
commercial complex or complex (es) or independent Villas, either singly or jointly or
in Partnership as aforesaid, comprising office for sale or self-use or earning rental
income thereon by letting out individual units comprised in such building(s).
