The bollard pull certificate was issued on 10 Feb 2010 and validity is for one year,
therefore it is recommended that a new bollard pull test must be done prior to
towing.

The condition of the wire was determined by visual inspection of the topmost layer
on drum, the length of 500 m is as per vessels record, the drum size is enough to
hold that length of wire.

11.1 Comments on adverse weather capability & manoeuvrability of vessel: The vessel is
relatively adequately powerful being manoeuvrable with a power of 3000 hp giving ability
for towing operations.
11.2 Comments on manning & maintenance of vessel:
The crew as briefed showed appreciable experience in towing operations.

The survey has been carried out in order to find if the present tug boat “Green power” is
suitable for towing 02 barges from Palm Deira-Dubai-UAE to Ras Al Khaimah –UAE.
